"Avoid these guys like the plague! Why pay for overnight shipping if the merchant delays shipping? Called merchant in morning because website said "waiting for credit card approval". Merchant said all was well and item would be shipped that day, overnight delivery. Called merchant again when item did not arrive overnight. I received a story about how my CC address did not match up. I've never had that problem before and I'm guessing it was simply an excuse for not having the item in stock or an internal problem.

I took the day off to meet DHL, obviously this item just got a lot more expensive! If I wanted "whenever" I could have saved quite a bit with another merchant.

It has now been 4 days and my "overnight" shipment MAY be here in a day or so...

UPDATE: Called again and they first said the item had not shipped, then said it had already shipped. Funny, they REFUSED to give me a tracking number.

"First time experience with PCNation and it was a great one. They had the product I wanted in-stock and at a fantastic price AND you can't beat overnight shipping for under ten dollars. I found the item I wanted (digital camera) put it in my basket and continued to fill out all my information.. all that I needed to do was hit "place order" to have my order placed and on it's way.. but before I did that, I decided to open up another window and look around for a little more, I saw a camera, but the price wasn't listed up front, You had to click the link that says "show special price" and once you do that it adds it to your cart and shows you the price.. the problem was is that there isn't any indication that you are logged into an account or anything like that, I figured since it was a totally new window and I didn't log in, that it was just in the cart. So I closed the window and went back and finished up my original order.. The screen came up thanking me for my order and stated I would get an email confirmation and invoice.. and when I got my invoice it showed that the other camera I looked at was added to the order! This was pretty late at night so I had to wait until morning to call them up and take care of it, but once I did, they (customer service) were very friendly and took care of the issue 100%. Overall a very very great experience. I will definitely purchase from PCNation again.

DHL almost blew it on this.. they delivered the package next door (house has been vacant and for sale for 2+ years) and never got a signature! Any who, PCNation sometimes does an authorization on the amount as well as puts the charge in.. I had two charges on my card for a few days until the original charge posted.. then the other charge (the authorization) dropped off and I got the money back.. just a heads up."
