"VERY POOR PERFORMANCE - I ordered a PC, put down my credit card number and received official confirmation of my order. I then waited for delivery of my goods for over one week - but nothing arrived! I went back and rechecked online the status of my order and it was marked "Cancelled". PCNation id nothing to notify me of the cencellation nor did they give me any reason as to why it was cancelled. VERY POOR PERFORMANCE for a company that supposedly has a good reputation for on-time, in-spec delievery. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.If you want your package shipped with the option you picked ,dont go with pc nation.I ordered on 4/02/07 with 3 day fed ex..The order should be here no later than 4/06/07 since it shipped on 4/03/07..I just checked fed ex website and they shipped it standard delivery with a delivery date of next week.Alot of good that will do me for a birthday gift I needed this weekend.I called them and they said "sorry".I had 20 other web sites to order from and chose them(foolishly)Lesson learned.I will never order from pcnation again.Should have listened to all the other unhappy buyers...DONT THINK THIS WONT HAPPEN TO YOU...I thought the same thing.I read the bad reviews and said "it wont happen to me".Guess what,it did.They thought they could try and save a few bucks on shipping and hoped it would reach me within 3 days with standard shipping and I wouldnt even know.CROOKS AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED.."

"I placed my order for a GPS unit. They offered next day air for $10 but I kept getting errors so I had to pay $17 for 2nd day. An hour later I get an email saying there is a problem and to call with my credit card. No answer. I sent an email. no Reply. I really needed this thing in 2 days so I couldn't screw around with them any more. I ordered from another store. I finally got someone at PCNation to answer and I cancelled the order.

The worst part was that I couldn't even log in to their website to check the status or see what was wrong.

I won't order from them again if I'm in a hurry.

"Customer Service is lacking! Recieved email stating problem with order. Fixed problem. Contacted customer service twice after that and they assured me my order was shipping (don't bother leaving messages as they don't return phone calls). I now have another email stating a problem with the order and it hasn't shipped. Called in the time line stated in the email only to find out they are closed. Customer Service lacking I say again."

"I wanted to purchase a Garmin Nuvi 360 GPS receiver and looked around all over online to find the cheapest price. Once I found a list of vendors, I went through and checked all their feedback. PC Nation had the best price combined with an acceptable reputation. The price was less than $1 over the lowest price (from a store with a crappy rep), but it wasn't perfect. The fact that the next in line was $30 more and had a lower reputation score, I decided to order the GPS from PC Nation.

I was very happy that they offered free 2-3 day service, but it was Wednesday at 1:00 PST and I wanted the device here by Friday, so I decided to take advantage of the DHL overnight shipping for $9.99. Unfortunately, the web page wouldn't allow me to select it, so I called into their 800 number and place the order by phone.

My call was answered promptly and the representative was very polite. It took me less than 5 minutes between the time I dialed the number and the time the order was completed. They sent me a confirmation email right away with a link to the order so I could check the tracking number. The order went out the same day, and I received the item at 12:30 PM on Thursday.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and would definitely consider ordering from them in the future.

" I received one item out of a three item order three business days after I ordered it. That's great. The packaging left much to be desired: they used a thin bubble envelope for a very expensive camera lens. If the lens itself hadn't been packaged well, it would have been ugly. The box it came in was pretty banged up.

The other two items were put on "back order" even though the PCNation listed them as "in stock." I would not have known they were on back order without calling customer service as my account on the webpage makes it appear as though all three shipped together. That's bad.

After five days went by with products still on back order, I requested, via email, that these two items be cancelled. No response to that email, or the next one I sent. One of the "back ordered" items showed up in the mail on April 6th. Now I am still waiting for either my cancellation email to receive a response, or the third item to show up, whichever happens first. I am unable to call the office during business hours.

The "my account" feature on the webpage has constantly showed that all three items shipped at once, and that the order was complete as of two weeks ago.

"Purchased a Samsung Syncmaster 244T from PCNation. It was shipped for free and I received it promptly. It was sold as a "New Factory Sealed" monitor but it appears it may be a refurb from the packaging. In addition they advertised that it qualified for a Samsung rebate but the UPC codes do not match the Samsung Rebate codes.

Attempts to get an answer from PCNation on this foul up and misleading rebate information has resulted in me receiving an e-mail stating the person that was handling my complaint will be on vacation for two weeks. I guess I'm out a $30 rebate.

Although the base of the monitor was scratched up it seems to work fine. I hope I don't run into any warranty problems because of the difference in model# and UPC info.

I defintely won't be doing business with PCNation again and I really can't understand why they have a good ratings on Resellers.com.

"Ordered the ViewSonic N4251W HDTV from them. Came in a few days -- dead. Completely defective. Won't power on. Won't remember programmed channels when it does turn on. Remote works only sometimes. The "S" was missing so it read "View onic" on the front of the tv. Their policy told me to contact ViewSonic first and obtain a case number, which I did. Then when I called them, they had me email them instead. Did that. They finally issued me a RA number after several phone calls, etc. I had to pay for shipping back even though the merchandise was defective. So all in all, I am out shipping costs both ways. Was hoping to save money but instead, I'm out a hundred bucks. This store bites. No love for the little guy. Shame on you and your "policies." You sold me the broken unit. You should take full responsibility. There is no other bottom line. You have lost me as a customer and everyone else I will ever talk and blog to."

"I was referred to PC Nation by PriceGrabber.com when I was looking for a multi function printer. The web site was easy to use and the price was right. I received my printer in excellent condition exactly within the shipping time frame I was advised.
