I called first to get some info on the C530 and gave my order on the phone. I was to receive a tracking number the following day. What arrived was a request to call. Something about my credit card. I did, the clerk had transcribed my zip code incorrectly and it did not match my credit card info. The correction was made.

The next day I had my tracking number and 2 days later the unit arrived in perfect condition.

"I placed my order on 4-8-07. On 4-10, I recieved an email stating that I needed to verify some information on my credit card. I called and verified what they needed. And gave my phone number for further verification. On 4-12, I noticed that no charge has been made on my credit card so I called again. It was like I have not called before. I had to go through the same questions, and finally was transferred to a verification specialist that asked questions based on what was on my credit report. I am once again assured that my order would be shipped.

I am not sure if it will be shipped or not. I do not understand why anyone at this company could not contact me on my phone, that is in my name, that was given at the time of purchase, as well as to the CSR that I contacted on 4-10, to resolve this issue sooner.

I picked this company based on free 3-day fed-ex shipping. It is now 4 days later and I am still waiting for the order to be processed. I will update as status may change.
