On April 14, 2007 I ordered a GPS from them by mistake. They had best price but I thought they were store I eventually got my lamp from.

As it turned out I received a $12 credit offered me in March because of out of stock lamp problem and that was off best web price.

I ordered on Saturday and emailed the company on Sunday afraid I would have another out of stock situation. I received a reply from Arnie on SUNDAY! assuring me the item was in stock.

On Wednesday I received the new, sealed unit. I am as satisfied with this transaction as I was disatisified with the last. "

"PCnation.com has a TERRIBLE return policy. They do not want you to return anything and so they make it very difficult for you to do so. If an item is defective or you order an incorrect item, they have absolutely no sympathy. You face a minimum of a $25 restocking fee (or 15% of purchase price) and must pay all extra shipping charges. The returns policy is disclosed on their website so please read it before ordering with them. They have good prices on a few key items but accessories are NOT a good deal. My recommendation ... shop ELSEWHERE!"
