"Bought a 24" digital monitor. Recieved on 12/4, well packed. Monitor did not work on digital input. Contacted manufacturer, confirmed it was a monitor problem, they had no stock or ETA for new stock. Contacted PCNation 12/12 for RMA and return instructions. Was told 48-72 hrs for information. Did not get RMA until 12/20 after multiple e-mails and phone calls. Very Poor Customer Service. Customer service reps lie when called about status and cause. State timeframes that are not kept. On top of it all, I have to pay shipping and insurance to return for a problem I didn't cause. And then wait more time for my refund. PCNation has lost a customer. "

"I recently received my order and was surprised to find the vendor had excluded the EF-S 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 zoom lens from the order. The published material that I had based my purchase on clearly stated that the kit included the zoom lens (I have hard copy that describes the lens in the Product Overview). In fact, my selection of PC Nation as my vendor of choice was based upon the lens being sold with the camera and the designation by the cost comparison site as a "best buy" provider. There were other providers for a significantly lower price ($50-$70).

PC Nation's customer service dept. told me that there was "a typo" in the offer and that I should have known from the description of the product in the header that there was not a lens included...get real. How anyone would be able to decipher that is beyond any reasonable persons expectation.

Needless to say, I feel I was deceived and anyone else that purchased this kit. I intend to file a formal complaint with the State of Washington regarding the misrepresentation, deception and business practices.
