"This is the second order from my company from PC Nation and in both cases the orders were placed by phone. Both Sales Reps that I talked to were extremely helpful and friendly. In both cases the orders were handled in a very professional manner. The thing I appreciated most was that when I asked if they had a part and they did, they said yes and put the parts on hold so that I could get the PO processed and not have to worry about the stock leaving. When they did not have a part they immediately told me that they did not have it. I have been very disappointed with other vendors when they said, "Yes, we have that" and then I had to wait two weeks for them to order from their vendor and have the part drop shipped. PC Nation has competitive prices, excellent staff and is very easy to work with.

"Rotten. They offered almost the lowest price for my monitor. The customer service agent told me there was going to be an additional 14 dollar warehouse fee. The fee wasn't advertised anywhere. Shame on me, I decided to stick with the purchase. The 3 day "free" shipping is now going on 5 days. Stay away from the company. It's the first bad online experience I've had in years. "

"Phone Order for camera related equipment late Thursday afternoon. Customer Service Rep. knowledgeable and courteous. Prompt e-mail verification of order. Was told order would ship next day. Checked order status late that afternoon and it was noted as pending CC approval. It stayed that way for the entire weekend. Initial thought was that it was a late order and the processing time. There was never an e-mail sent about any problems with the CC. Called CC company and they had no record of contact from PCNation. Monday come and still the same. Called PCNation and talked with a Customer Service Rep. who transferred me to the Verification Dept. Was told that the problem was that the phone number that I had given with the order didn't match the one on file with the CC. After explaining the reason for the different phone number order went through. PCNation upgraded shipping at no extra cost and order arrived as scheduled. The moral to this saga is to make sure that all order information and CC information match exactly. The only bit of frustration was that PCNation didn't try to call the phone number that I had provided or e-mail me about the problem. PCNation is strictly a Monday through Friday operation for phone contact. Would like to see some Saturday hours. Order well packed and arrived as originally promised. Have ordered from PCNation once before and will continue to order from them."

"I ordered a headset that I needed right away. I passed up less expensive sites because it was supposed to be "in stock", "ships within 24 hours", according to the PCNation site.
After my order I didn't receive an email confirmation, but I thought it would come the next day. Nope. Nor the next.... Afer 5 days, I phoned them, wondering whether the order had gotten misplaced or something; I'd expected to have the headset by then. Turns out they actually had the item on backorder but it didn't show up on the website - some kind of "computer problem" at the warehouse. Too bad they didn't bother to tell me.... The guy I talked to didn't really seem to care about it, just cancelled my order when I asked. If they had bothered to tell me at the beginning the item was backordered I probably wouldn't be writing this, but as it is, I wasted a week waiting on them and I'm back to square one. Bsh."
"I was initially hesitant to purchase from PC Nation due to some negative reviews I read about them. However I'm glad I did. I purchased a Canon digital SLR and two lenses. I spoke to a CS rep prior to purchasing. He was very helpful and polite. I ended up making my purchase over the phone (instead of online). The CS rep told me about their strict background check policy (to prevent fraud) and explained that someone would call me and ask "security questions" prior to shipping. I had no problem with this. The next day another person from PC Nation called and asked questions. He was also very professional and polite and he explained to me that once I'm in their file they won't need to contact me for future purchases. The camera and lenses shipped that day and were at my door step three days later (as promised).
I had a wonderful experience with these folks. They offer great prices, free and fast shipping all with a smile. I will definitely buy from them again!"
