"This was my second order from PC Nation. I ordered a large shredder, and FedEx mutilated the box. The shredder appeared fine upon visual inspection. However, I later found that it did not work right. Contacted PC Nation via e-mail and was issued an RMA within 24 hours. I also cross shipped the new shredder (charge my Visa & wait for refund). The new shredder was delivered without incident.

Although I had to ask for PC Nation to cover shipping of the damaged unit I received, they didn't put up a fight.

Even though I had to return the damaged item, it wasn't the fault of PC Nation. I'll order from them again."

"I was a bit worried when the case arrived because the outside top of box was re-taped. It looked as though it was a return and they just re-taped it and sent it to me.

But, after opening up the box and examining everything, it appeared all new. Everything was still sealed up. Not sure why the box was re-taped, doesn't really matter since it was still unused.
