"I just bought a new Panasonic plasma TV from PC Connection, when I called in the customer service rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn't get the Plasma overnight, and was told that because it is a heavy item it may take up to 5-7 business days to get to me. I received it 3 days later. It's working great and they gave me free tech support which helped me with the little questions I had when setting it up. I've done all my tech purchases with them for years and they have yet to let me down yet."

Received e-mail confirmation of order that night, no further communication on monday and order had not shipped so I called on tuesday morning to check the status of my order, was told my CC need to be verified, was transfered to the Credit department who confirmed my info and told me item would ship that day. Received a shipping confirmation by email the next morning, Plasma TV and mount arrived on friday all in good condition. Very happy with the TV, saved $400 + no taxes over buying it at a local store and shipping was free. Only downside would be I would hate to think how long my order would have been delayed had I not called to inquire."

"Ordered a 42" plasma back in May 2005. Went through 3 months a various ETA's, customer service actually fabricating stories. A complete unprofessional mess. All to have it end 3 months later with PC Connection canceling the order because they can’t resolve their problems. Hands down one the worst experiences I have had dealing with a company. My advice...avoid PC Connection. There are countless companies to make your purchases. Why bother with one like this. They have wronged a lot of people in this plasma deal gone bad. The way they have dealt with myself and many others says loud and clear that they just don’t care. Horrible"
"I have had 2 experiences with PC Connection, one marginal and one poor. The poor one deals with a pre-order promotion they had on a 3G 42" HD Plasma television that never came. On one hand, I can understand that problems do happen which are out of the control of the store/seller - however PC Connection continued to "string us along" if you will, making up excuses along the way like "The cases are in molding" - then "they are in customs now". 4 months after the order was placed, the cancellation letter comes.
They aren't doing anything such as offering those who waited a comparable deal - just sorry, tough. Since my previous purchase wasn't a stellar experience, I am done with this company. "

Originally ordered June 1st and finally received a cancellation notice 3 months later, I will absolutely, positively, never buy anything from PCConnection.com!!! Their customer service reps. lied every time I called inquiring about the delivery status. From "it will ship out tomorrow" to "it's stuck in customs." At least get your lies straight! Now I'm stuck with a fully assembled plasma tv wall mount and no plasma tv!!!!"

Ordered TV Tuesday morning on website when it came briefly into stock (back out of stock shortly after I ordered). Can't blame them for not holding a lot of these, and at least their in-stock claims on their website seem accurate. I received a call late Tuesday night from PCConnection and expected the hard sell for $200 component cables or upgraded shipping (ground was free)--nada: simple confirmation of my order placement and shipping address, thank you very much, should be on the way! And it was: received tracking email Wednesday morning, through a company called Menlo, which turned out to be a UPS affiliate. Tracking showed my TV arrived in Phoenix Thursday (from Ohio), called Menlo Friday and was able to pick up Friday afternoon! No problems whatsoever, great TV, GREAT price!"
