"My first order with this company. Prices after rebate were excellent. Shipping cost was slightly higher than most competitors, but not outrageous by any means. PC Connection encourages you to order currently out-of-stock (back-ordered) items by providing an estimated shipping date range. I ordered two back-ordered items and they missed the range on each by about a week, one earlier, and one later than estimated. They shipped via DHL who had delivery problems not related to PC Connection. The rebates are pending. If the PC Connection sponsored rebates come through as promised, I will definitely consider them for future purchases."
"Second order from PC Connection. Both were shipped very quickly. The last order came next day even with ground shipping. First order had a back ordered item, customer service emailed before order was shipped and gave me an expected shipping date. Customer service over the phone was also helpful with questions I had. Prices were excellent with included rebates. Can't ask for much more than that."

"Ordered DVD +/- RW drive with $50 rebate and free after rebate blank DVD's. Products on back order at the time. Drive shipped 4 days later, and blank DVD's shipped the following day. Carrier's site showed 12/14 as delivery date for drive. Arrived home evening of 12/14, no packages found. Checked carriers web site, stated package delivered, left at front door. Called carrier and PC Connection to inform them and start traace. Next day, carrier shows up with 2nd package, and confirms left first package at the right location the previous day. We conclude package grew legs and walked off. Call carrier again, start claim, receive claim number. Call PC Connection with new info. I was promised a call back by someone in claims, who did call within 30 minutes. I gave them the carrier's claim number, and ask if there's any way this order can be replaced in time for Xmas. Answer was yes, but the item I ordered was out of stock. The same drive was available in an OEM package (original order was retail pack) for the same price with the same rebate. Drive was also available in a different color (white), but the same retail package as my original order. Same price, but no rebate offered. I asked if it was possible to get the drive in white, and have my CC credited for the rebate amount. (Drive was gift for family member, needed retail drive with software/warranty/cable, etc..) Amazingly, they did approve shipment of the white retail drive, and a credit to my CC of $50. Drive shipped yesterday, and carrier's site shows early AM delivery today.
They definitely went above and beyond in helping a customer with a shipping problem that wasn't even their fault. "
"I made an order and went into the web site to check the status. It shows the order number, date and dollar amount. I clicked view details to see the status of the order. It could not find the order. I called them and they said they canceled the order because they were unable to ship to California. I thought this met they didn't have the product I wanted. Then I remember I ordered it because their website said it was IN-STOCK. I went back to their web page and the product is still listed as IN-STOCK. I called again they said the product was in stock. She asked where I was located and I replied California. She stated that they could not drop ship the product to California from the warehouse that the product was at. That didn't make sense. If you have the product it should not matter what warehouse it is in. I dealt with another web store and they didn't have the product in their California warehouse but they did in their New Jersey warehouse. This company shipped it from New Jersey. This company even emailed me to inform me where it was being shipped from. By the way, PC Connection never informed me of the canceled order. I guess they don't believe in customer satisfication."
"This is the first time I bought something from PCConnection. I was first skeptical about the company since I never heard of them. I placed an order of a 17" LCD monitor on Saturday. When I checked the order on Monday, it indicated it was out of stock although it showed it was in stock before I placed the order. I checked again on Tuesday, it showed it was shipped already and came with the tracking #. The monitor showed up at my door step on Wednesday. Their prices are the lowest among other retailers on my monitor
and it came with free shipping. Their customer service was professional and I will buy from them again."

I am so glad that I did. No bait and switch like some of the other retailers. No lying about estimated delivery times. In fact, they were conservative in their estimates, stating the TV was back ordered and would likely be shipped on 11/19 or after. To my surprise, I got an email on 11/16 stating the TV was shipped. "Awful, I wanted to slit my wrists this site was so bad. Ok, so they had a X800 XT for $450. My eyes almost fell out of my head, an excellent deal. I forgot to look their ratings on sites (such as this), and had never heard of them before. But I decided to give it a try. So, I ordered from them, noticing the availability of the item was "7-14" days. Excellent I thought, i'll go on vacation and when I get back it will be there. WRONG. A month later (August 25th), I was furious my item had not arrived. I sent them an e-mail asking when my card was to be in stock, since I have been back-ordered for a month. I got an e-mail back quickly saying that they decided to "dis-continue" selling my item to new buyers. Ummmm what? I already bought the item when it was ON your web-site, visible to see, in stock. I am not a new buyer! I ordered it A MONTH AGO!!!!! They did offer a substitute, a X800 Pro...but it was also on backorder! Wow, that's some nice choices...I told them to immediatelly cancel my order, being too fed up and couldn't wait any longer. I am glad they cleared all my bank info away though, I was grateful of that. "Ordered Acer Laptop 292LMI-V64 which every single online store's sold out but PCCONNECTION. Called and got customer service answered right away and placed the order over the phone at about 11am. Overnight by DHL (11lbs ) for only $26 and got it next morning at 9:30am. Called there twice and phone calls were answered right away & shipping/order processing's lightening fast. However pricing was slightly higher than other online stores for this particular laptop. But for the service & peace of mind I highly recommend this store, well worth the $$$. "
