"Unbelievable! After shopping and reading reviews for 30 days, looking for the best value and the best service, I chose PC Connection. They had the best price and free shipping, yes free ground shipping as an option. I ordered my 42" Panasonic Plasma on Monday, and I am not kidding you, I recieved it on Wednesday. 2 days later. After the initial call, to confirm it was in stock and warranty questions, I then got the tracking email the next day as i was told. She said the free delivery option meant that i had to take it in to the house myself, and I was fine with that. When to my surprise the package was delivered just 2 days later, the delivery guy still rolled it in the garage for me. I will definitely be telling people about how clean this all was, at an incredible value. Word to the wise, look at the number of reviews from companies your considering. I got my sony vaio B series laptop from this site. I was good deal as I also got Sony port replicator for FREE. The customer service was great. The only thing I felt bad is, Sony does not provide backup discs. More over I need to order them :)It is included in the system so it took approx 11GB of my hard drive.
Out of 80GB ,I was left with 69GB only which I was disapointed.The rest was good.

"I was very cautious about buying my new Panasonic 42" plasma monitor over the internet, but PC Connecton took the worry out of the equation. The box came strapped to a pallet and not a dent or hole was found any where on the box. If you are worried about getting "Screwed"...you won't get it here! I would use them again. A+++"

I was able to contact customer service two days after placing my order. They were VERY helpful. They ended up finding the APs and overnighting them to me at their expense (at a cost of $45.00)! I will say great customer service by phone; however email is slow.
