" I received a defective Floopy drive. Sent it back for replacement. They tested it and said nothing was wrong with it. They would not send me a replacement. They wanted to send me the old one back. Believe me it was bad. I am a repair tech. I tested the heck out of this thing and it didn't work. These folks apparently don't test things to well before shipping. I have received several bad items from them as of late. There return policy leaves much to be desired. Other than that I like doing business with them, I just wish they would improve on there defective return policy."
