"Great service. The day before recieving package I was notified that it would be coming the next day. I also recieved a phone call confirming my purchase and someone asking me if I needed any help. Order was recieved in 4 business days. The drive works perfectly. I realized after I bought the Serial ATA drive, I had to purchase a SATA controller for the drive. I had no idea about the potential transmit rates from a serial ATA connection.
Very happy with this company I will purchase from them again.

"Was sold an unadvertised open item. Unit was a refurbished 17 inch LCD LG monitor originally sold to Best Buy. If the monitor had been defective in anyway I would have taken legal action immediately, but since the monitor works fine, I'm not going to waste my time and energy with a 2nd rate operation. The only reason why I'm even bothering to write this review is because of the fact they emailed me asking for a 'positive comment' to help them out.
I also ordered the unit on the 13th and it took 2 days for the vendor to ship my order. In this day and age of computer processing, one would think a company specializing in the sales of computer products would be able to process and ship an order alot faster. I've ordered items from other online companies and have had orders ship the same day with no problems.
So in conclusion, false advertisement and slow order processing was the gist of my experience with this company. I will not shop from this vendor again."

"I recently ordered a Seagate Baracuda ATA 160GB 7200RPM Hard Drive for $76.99. I shopped around quite a bit before deciding the PC Direct had the best price. The item came quickly and was well packaged. I installed it and it is working great. The company sent me several followup emails confirming my order and letting me know that my item had shipped. No problems! I also got about 30 more GB for $20 less than I would have at my local retail store. Thanks! Oh yeah, and the company called my work phone about 5 minutes after I had placed my order online just to make sure that I really intended to ship the item to a different address than my billing address. Nice!"

"I placed this order on tuesday and selected 2 day shipping because Ineeded the board ASAP. They had not shipped the board by thursday and I sent them an email and received no reply by late friday afternoon. I called their order department to find out what was going on. They said they never received an email from me and then later in the conversation said they checked on my order when they received an email from me.

They said the order would be shipping out that day. The order did not ship as they claimed it would. I would not have ordered from them if they were going to be this lazy and incompetent in their order handling. This will be my last order from this company. Hopefully they will eventually get around to actually SHIPPING the item.

They also added a SECOND charge onto my credit card of $1.00 and I have no idea what that is for.

EDIT:
OUt of the 40+ companies I have bought from online this is the FIRST company that will charge your credit card $1.00 BEFORE they will process your order just to see if the card is valid. Definately fishy.

And my credit card STILL has not been credited for the FALSLY advertised item. If the item was oversold they should have been able to catch this the NEXT DAY and give immediate credit. It has been 7 days and no credit to the credit card at this time. I wonder how long they will hold my money before getting around to refunding.

This is not a company anyone would ever want to deal with especially if your time critical. I had to order another motherboard from another company because I had a customer who was down and in critical need.

This company is the poster child for "You get what you pay for.". If the price is too low you can figure they are doing something hinky.

My god these people are about the most incompetent I have ever run across.

They refunded only the cost of the board and didn't refund the shipping. THEY NEVER SHIPPED THE BOARD BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT IN STOCK!

So I am still out the $7.02 shipping and anyone want to bet they claim they can keep it?"
