Since I posted last message on Friday, I was contacted immediately on Monday by PCSS's sales support people. They worked with me and tried very hard to resolve the issue with FedEx.
Unfortunately, FedEx made more errors and the package arrived on Wed. Oct 15. The total delivery time was 13 days, from order date to delivery.
I'm not saying such problem happens often with FedEX. From this forum, I saw other comments of 4 day coast-to-coast success. I also read about two months ago, another buyer had problem with FedEx. Whatever the problem is, the way that FedEx address the problem is the worst. The driver could not find my address, nobody at FedEx contacted me or PCSS. They continue load the package on the truck and report "unable to locate address". I called 7 times to FedEx. I offered to fax a Yahoo map to them, they didn't listen. One of CSR at FedEx was rude and keep interrupting me and blamed me not providing the correct direction for the driver. It turned out that for whatever reason, the driver used a 3 year old map, directions told them does not even matter. In the end, at my request, they finally talked to their local station, and provided me a fax number to send the Yahoo map. On the package I received, there was this Yahoo map on top on the box. Today, I still don't have a clue whether they made any corrections of my address. As I mentioned before, I see FedEx trucks on my street many times, there is certainly something wrong with this particular truck/driver.
To totally blame PCSS is not fair for the fault of FedEx, however customer cares about total experience. When customers receive a fast shipment, they also tend to give credit to the reseller. When anything goes wrong, even it is not necessarily the reseller's fault, it is natural they voice anger at the reseller. Sometimes the fault is on the manufacturer (bad product, fail to deliver on time), sometimes it is the package carrier. The reason is customers pay to the reseller, and they count on the reseller's support the help them resolve the issues. I believe PCSS understands this through many past experiences. People shopping online have certain specific concerns, reliable shipping is one of them.
From what I can see, PCSS used to have some problem about a year ago. But in the past 6 months, they have done a great job. The sales support people are fantastic. That earns PCSS exerllent ratings today. This represents customers' trust. However for this purchase I cannot give a high rating, for the reasons I mentioned above. I still have concern about making future purchases from them, because I will most likely run into the same problem again, given that there is no visibility of FedEx's handling of my home address. PCSS told me that they are making possible enhancement to the shipping options. With good ratings, they should strive harder to become better.

Fedex Shipping is the problem. The free Fedex shipping takes at least 11 days (if they deliver on Monday Oct 13) to reach my home in California. The promised date was Oct 10, still 8 days from order. Fedex customer support was rude and unresponsible. The driver could not find my address in major city cross road. I know in most cases, it was the driver being too lazy because it was Friday, they go home early. But they don't think of customers! Fedex didn't contact me about the fact that the driver could not find my address. I have to find out on the internet and call them! And still they blame me not cooperative to give them my home direction. Remember, PCsupplysource boasted "FAST FREE shipping" on their website."

"I placed oder this morning about noon time for warehouse pickup and picked up the item around 2:30pm from their warehouse. There were no problems picking up the item and the staff was very cooperative. It took about 10 minutes for the whole process.
