I spoke with the sales manager(he happened to answer the phone). He informed me that my part will ship out today, and I should have it by tuesday at the latest. I was VERY happy to hear this. I was also very happy to see FREE shipping, and to see that they have THE lowest price on pricewatch. I run a small business and it likes like I found a new company to do business work with!!!!"

Minutes after the order was placed, a sales rep called to give me a heads-up on the fact that it was an posting error and it's a indeed a Thoroughbred.
I was upset at the begining but it was soon dismissed by the rep's ingeunity. Yes, he has saved me a lot of headache of a non-compatable motherboard.
I ended up purchasing the ATI 9700 Pro at bargian price for my soon-to-be-souped-up machine...it came just 1 day apart.

"Worst Company that I have ever dealt with online. I ordered a CDRW from PC Supply Source on December 4, 2002. I got an e-mail the next day confirming my order. This was around Christmas so I knew that it might take longer to process the order. Two weeks later I found a tracking number on their website under my purchase ID. I tracked the package on UPS' website, only to find that my package was headed to California, under someone else's name; I am in Ohio. So I called UPS, they checked and the recepient's name on the package was correct. After about 20 hours of phone-time listening to PC Supply Source's IVR, I managed to get a hold of someone that assured me that they would check with UPS and if there was a mistake, they would send out a new package. I have spent so much time on the phone (I work in a callcenter that also takes e-mails and know how e-mails get treated) just trying to get a hold of someone that could assist me. I am writing this on the 5th of January, and have still not heard any details about my order, nor been able to contact anyone other than that first agent. My Credit Card Company is currently handling this purchase. "
