"Ordered two USB flash memory drives, found them on Pricewatch with the lowest price. Prompt delivery, however one of them was defective. Emailed request for RMA, got response the next day. Returned defective part and received a good one about a week later. Will use them again."

"Ordered a CPU on December 16th. Still no communication from PC Supply Source. Sent email and left messages at their 800 number “customer support” answering machine. They have no customer support staff. They may or may not call or email you a response to your order inquiry. I have yet to receive any communications other than the automated email the instant I placed my order informing me that for my convenience, they had already charged my credit card. If no communication and no product by 12/31, my credit card company will handle it for me.

Regardless of whether or not I actually see my CPU, I will never order from these people again. I would rather buy grey market speakers out of the back of a white van. At least then I would know up front I was in for the big shaft.

Communication with customers is ALWAYS an integral part of ANY successful and reputable business.

"This is Such a terrible company one of the worst online dealers I have ever order from. I found them off of price watch on a desknote for $700, It's been over a week now and I have not reviced any tracking number what so ever or any confirmation info. I've tried to call their customer service and no one ever picks up, only the this recorded machine that doesn't do me any help! I will never purchase anything from them again. If you want a good online retailer, try newegg.com, great customer service, great shipping, and great price. Never will I order anything from this place or will tell others too."

"I ordered on the morning of Dec 2 QTY 2 AMD Athlon XP 1700+ processors after finding PC Supply Source on pricewatch. It is now Dec 13 and I STILL have received NO correspondence from them! I have called and left THREE voice mails and emailed THREE times! all I get is voicemail. However, my credit card had been billed the next day. So, they have my money and I have no product! I checked their FAQ and it says that I can check order status on the site after logging in. WRONG! The link they refer to does not exist. If you look up customer statement, my order begins with an "SI" which is supposed to mean shipped but it has been that way for more than a week now and it does not take that long for it to get here. So has it shipped? I don't know, for all I know they are lying.

I am and have been in the computer sales industry for 15 years and have made hundreds of purchases online. I am sure that I will make thousands more in the future but I guarantee that I, nor anyone I know, will make a single purchase from PC SUPPLY SOURCE!

"I ordered an AMD 1700+ Box CPU. Best price on the net, cheaper than many OEM! Ordered on Thursday, 5 Dec late at night. On Monday 9 Dec I received a ship notification with tracking number for FedEx Home. The product arrived on 11 Dec. No problems here! "

"Reseller rating of 7.5 doesn't seem correct given how poorly they handle their customers.

what i would expect is 24-48 hours to receive tracking number and 3 days to ship but i haven't recieved any info from them yet.

0 live help. 800 numbers goes to voice mail and long distance number goes to an answer machine.

A small order of 5 CD-RW Drives takes 5 days to process? Now they have the money when can I expect them to ship?

Correct way to handle the problem is to inform the customer that the item is backordered and give them the option of canceling and ordering else ware...

But pcsupplysoruce opts to leave the customer in the dark and feed them crap...

After 5 days they take the funds and now 24hr later no tracking number I am left dangling in the breeze.. That’s not how it's done folks.

If and when I receive my parts I will not be ordering from them again.

"I have been building and ordering systems for friend and co-workers for about four years now. In this time I have dealt with roughly 7-10 different vendors on the web. this vendor however has very poor customer support and terrible assembly and delivery times!! I bought a $1100.00 computer system from this vendor on November 14th, 2002. It didn't ship until December 2nd-3rd. I called customer support for information on the progress of the system and would be told that it will ship any day now (they did this for two weeks). Finally I was given a(just one)tracking number for the shipment, took half a day off from work so I could sign for the delivery, and all that showed up was the printer!! I furiously called customer support who proceeded to tell me that there was only one tracking number for my order and that the box I recieved should have had everything in it. Now you and I both know that your not going to fit a computer tower, keyboard, speakers, flatbed scanner, printer, web cam, and accesories box in a 15lb, 18"x12"x20" package. So, after ten minutes of arguing with the C.S. guy over the phone I convinced him to check into the possibilities of there being another package. He called me back twenty minutes later to tell me that there was another package that would be arriving the following day and that he didn't know why I wasn't given the tracking #. I had to take another half a day in order to be home and sign for the second package. So, in the end I lost an extra half a day's pay, gained a few gray hairs, and finally after three weeks recieved my computer system. The system works fine, no complaints there, BUT, I will never do business with this vendor again!! Absolutely terrible service and customer support."

"This is a horrible company. I placed an order totalling over $320. After a week, they still had not contacted me. However, they _DID_ charge my credit card. I called them and demanded a refund and they promised that it would be carried out within two days. One week later, still nothing. I then called them up and demanded that they refund my $320 by the end of business that day. They have not done this. I will call them up tomorrow and look into recovering my money through other means.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.

"Never have i had a more terrible experience dealing with a vendor in my 5+ years of buying various products on the internet. I ordered Samsung pc3200 512 ddr ram 2 weeks ago and the website said it was in stock. 3 days later i get an email saying they are out of stock and i would have to wait 2 weeks for the ram to be restocked. SO i call them up and complain that i was expecting the ram in a couple of days not weeks. And a woman on the phone who i can barely understand says there is nothing she can do, so i just grin and bear it and wait the 2 weeks, since i at least had the ram i was currently using..

now here is the worst part. They finally get the ram in (i had to call them, they never informed me) and then tell me my credit card wont go through when EVERY other website did not have a problem, so i have to go through this whole thing with the bank to get it cleared which took an extra day.

It gets even worse...
I got the ram today and to my disappointed suprise, the ram came packaged in a single static bag wrapped with bubble tape and taped on the ends... seriously, it could at least come in a box, for all i know this stick could have come out of my next door neighbors packard bell from 3 years ago..

Bottom line i am very dissatissfied and i will never ever think of looking at PC Supply Source again for my computing needs

"Found vendor on Pricewatch.com. I was looking for Infineon 512mb of PC-133 sdram. They had it advertised on their site. I ordered it. FedEx ground said it was shipped, but I never got the package. I called FedEx, they told me to wait a few days and then contact the vendor. I did so. The vendor then said they would contact FedEx and get back to me in 2 days. No call. I called them and emailed them, they told me they would ship another stick of memory. When I got the memory it was, as far as I can tell, not using infineon chipset. On the invoice it says: Hyundai PC-133 SDRAM (3rd Party). Thanks. I installed it, opened win2k started to load Dark Age Of Camelot, and it just frose at the logon screen. Ya.. BAD MEMORY. I was suspicious when I opened the package because the memory had looked used. Nonetheless, My DAOC test proved that the new mem was bad, and win2k was acting very funny, not shutting down clean and what not. Going to return it for a refund and by my memory from memman.com. Where I used to buy my memory from.

"Due to PC Supply Souce having what I wanted at the best price I could find (Pricewatch) and because of their good rating at Resellerratings, I decided to order a CPU from them Wednesday 10-23-02.

I was expecting the package to arrive somewhere around Tuesday or even Wednesday the following week but I was completely surprised Saturday morning (10-26-02) by an unexpected knock on my door from the FedEx guy delivering my order!

No that's fast order processing and fast shipping! The best it gets.

The CPU was very well packaged -- even well-wrapped in it's OEM plastic tray -- unlike some companies that just throw stuff into a box and tape it up.

The only thing I found lacking in this ordering experience was their website design: They have images of their proudcts -- very necessary -- but they do not have much in the way of product description/specifications...you really need to KNOW all that already before shopping here because product descriptions are sparse or non-existent. But if you know what you want, don't need any further product information and just need to order it PC Supply Source is the place to go.

Aside from the lack of product specs, I am very impressed with PC Supply Source and would rank them in the top 10% of vendors re: order processing, price (on my CPU at least), shipping speed and packaging.

I certainly WOULD order from them again and look forward to doing so.
