Great service!

"I emailed to see if a certain part would fit my Yamaha Xmax. They answered my question quickly and sent a link to easily order the part in question. After ordering I had the part I needed on my doorstep in a couple of days. Helpful and fast. Would definitely use Partzilla again!"

It's not you it's them

"I've ordered a few things from you guys now, and that experience was just fine but unfortunately the USPS is taking their sweet time to deliver packages these days. I mean this day and age, to wait a whole 2 weeks to receive a part is, to say the least, very annoying and holds up a project considerably. To be honest, I'm a little more than annoyed at the moment, but I can't really blame you now can I? So giving a low start rating is not fair to you, but I still haven't got my package. 14 days and counting"

Great service from Partzilla. NOT so much from USPS.

"Parts sent from GA to FL, should be at most 2 day delivery, right? Not so fast. we're dealing with the USPS. Left GA, arrived in Orlando next day. Went next to West Palm Beach distribution center. Then, for some reason went to Okland, CA. Then back to Orlando and now back in WPB. Should have been delivered last Thursday, still nothing. Try to avoid using USPS unless you are in no hurry at all."

Shipping is ridiculous

"Shipping has said it should arrive June 4 before 9 PM here it is June 6 9 PM and the package is only 45 minutes from my house according to the tracking probably should reconsider who you have ship your products. I definitely will look elsewhere when purchasing products have not got the package yet to see quality of packaging and also products Very disappointed, and what I thought was a reputable company"
