Impossible to Deal with PayPal

"I have been trying to reach PayPal for days. Everytime I call (Friday night, Saturday morning, etc.) there is a 1.5 - 2 hour hold time. I've twice tried for the call back, and both times they've called back hours later and then disconnected when I picked up the phone. PayPal has me at a negative balance because eBay put a hold on funds for a return, and now I cannot issue a refund to a buyer (even though I have credit cards, etc. on file to use). I've tried calling eBay and they just keep transferring me to PayPal, and I've now spent hours trying to get resolution with PayPal. Extremely frustrating!"

"I recently disputed a charge on paypal due to a dishonest ebay seller. Paypal did not care to judge by the facts but instead had some bonehead decide and called it final without chance of reversal!!!!

Return Policy

"I made a purchase form a company for the 1st time. The company took forever to deliver my order. Upon receipt the items I ordered were not the items I purchased I asked for a return label, I was not provided that but asked to return the items at my own expense a total of 77.67 to wait for my refund of 161.32. PayPal should have fought for them to pay because they clearly sent me the wrong items. Unfortunately PayPal didn’t and this started in December it’s now January and they finally settled my case in my favor at the expense of me again and now I will wait an additional 5 business days for my refund. Well it’s safe to say I will no longer order form companies that I can’t physically return an item to their store and or be provided a return label. I may PayPal for my ETSY account but that isn’t a promise. I recommend to everyone to l use Amazon as they refund immediately and they offer return labels. "

LIARS AND THEIFS

"Pay pal need to be put out of business it's an absolute joke!!!!! They put a hold on my account for 2 weeks then I needed £186 put back into my account.. the first deadline for this was the 18th December, didn't arrive in my account, ring them back.. next deadline is 23rd December LATEST it's now Christmas Eve and I am still down £186 This is unacceptable! I ring them, put on hold for 20 mins and the phone hangs up!?!!! These people need reporting this has been going on for a month now and they still have my £186! Never again! Stay well well away!!!!"

Bad for small businesses

"I give paypal no stars!! Being a small business and my sales went up in December they put a 21 day hold and wont up my limit. I had to use personal to send off products and had to start using square so i could still sale items. I had 30 open invoices when they put a hold so people paid after some which i couldnt touch the money. At first i stop selling but i had to rethink and you another system but paypal did hurt my business and as soon as they release the money i will be closing my account!! If you are a small business go somewhere else!!"

THIEFS!!!FRAUD!!! KOCONUT DESIGNS AKA Sandra Davis 178 Roberts Trail #1404 Marietta, GA 30066

"I purchased Tory Burch flats from a seller (koconuthead) & rubber soles were severely worn down. Of course the seller "Koconut designs" aka Sandra Davis 178 Roberts Trail #1404 Marietta, GA 30066 DID NOT depict pictures of how badly worn down rubber soles were. I contacted seller and her response,"koconuthead sent you a message about your request:
"I'm sorry that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however I listed the correct details on this item as well as posting pictures of the soles of the shoes for your inspection and approval. When the shoes left my possession the sole weren't worn or damaged. The shoes were not new, but in great condition." Of course she did not take responsibility for sending me proper depiction of Tory Burch flats. I sent product back to seller at my own cost!! After a couple of weeks she sent me refund of $60.95. I called Paypal to guide me on how to retrieve my refund of $60.95. The incompetent service rep had me refund $60.95 back to seller!!!! Paypal is NOT taking responsibility for there incompetence. I am NOW out of $60.95 & Tory Burch flats. Paypal advised me to contact seller which I have over 10 times NOW and of course NO response!!! Paypal will NOT assist me because "I have already opened a claim"???? Makes NO sense!!!

Bye bye money!

"I've used Paypal for years as a buyer and had heard some griping about how they treat their sellers, but always thought it was just people being negative. Once I started my own business and began accepting Paypal I understood why people hate them so much. They make biased decisions when it comes to refund requests from customers so not only am I out money, but people have been allowed to keep my products. Thanks for being an accessory to theft Paypal!"

Will draw from your bank account FIRST with a paypal balance.

"Paypal is clearing stating several places on their website that they will draw from your PAYPAL BALANCE FIRST before going to draw from your bank account.

What they have FAILED to put on those same pages is that it doesn't apply to pay after delivery.

They admitted it but have never addressed the issue.

Paypal is thieves!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Use there competition! Dont let them steal from you too!!!

"Paypal is a bunch of thieves... They stole $104 out of my checking account, causing me DAILY over draft fees!!!! I am a single mother of 2. I do not have the money to pay for THEM to take money from me unauthorized. When i spoke to a manager.(after speaking to many others trying to get this fixed).. the told me i would have to get a lawyer if wanted it fixed!!!! I have had paypal for years. Many years of bad experiences. But this by far is the worse yet!!! This company has turned to sh*t!!! I will get them paid, (because i am not a theiving piece of sh*t like them) and then I will never use them again. And if you are smart, you wont either. Save your money and dont let them scam you. They have many stollen from others. I seem reviews about them taking peoples money before. I over looked it like a dummy... and now i am PAYING FOR IT!!!! Please save yourself from also being a victim!!!!!! "

If I could give it no stars I would.

"I had horrible customer service and all they did was blame me and find reasons that it was my fault. They never made an effort to help me. It started when I tried to switch my main account that funds come from. I found the switch was never processed when my account bounced. I tried to pay the negative balance thinking I would be given the option to choose what account it was taken from. I was not and it was set to come out of the bank account the funds were bounced in. I wouldn't be able to get money in that account in time because of funds holding and processing time so I called right after the transaction took place. I called to find out why it was still coming from the original account and not the new one and was told I went to the wrong place on the site to change and didn't do it properly.I was also told they couldn't cancel the transaction because it was processing already, I called and spoke to someone 5 minutes after I had tried to pay. He switched the account for me and told me to call the bank and get stop payments. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me one wasn't available and would call me back. The bank waived one nsf charge but i was still charged 45.00 plus 20.00 for stop payments because pay pal was taking the negative balance out in 2 separate amount. Which makes no sense at this point since it's pay pal I owed the money to and it was one amount showing online. I waited to make sure the stop payments went through before I tried to pay the balance and for whatever reason the stop payments didn't work and I hadn't heard from a manager so I called pay pal. I spoke to a lady who told me I was right where I tried to change it but that the site doesn't work properly and show everything when being used on chrome and that I would have had the choice which bank to pay the balance from if I was on Internet explorer or Firefox. I think this is ridiculous and many people use chrome so your site should adapt to be fully functioning on it. I asked the lady why they didn't have a warning or something on the site saying it doesn't work in chrome and she told me it's in the terms and agreement that I signed. I was signed up for pay pal before chrome existed so there's no way it would have said that in the agreement I signed. I asked her several times if the site would look different if I signed in with paypal on explorer and she said yes. I wanted to be sure I was getting the correct information since I had gotten wrong information about how the site works from the gentleman I spoke to initially. After the conversation with her I again asked for a manger and this time was put through to one. I told him the situation and he had a very rude tone and I got the impression I was disturbing him. He basically just kept insinuating that I was at fault and his staff were right. I got off the phone very displeased and ready to pay my balance and never use pay pal again. I found out explorer can't be downloaded anymore so I found a computer with explorer as the browser and again I was given incorrect information from the employees. The site looked exactly the same and I wasn't given a choice when i tried to pay the balance, in fact I got an error when it tried to process. I also looked through the agreement and no where did it say the site doesn't function fully on chrome. At that point I was really done with pay pal and the horrible customer service and employees that don't even know how the site works. I tried multiple times to pay my balance with chrome and never got and error message and waited for it to go through but it never did and I didn't want to call back customer service because I had gotten no help from them before. Finally I noticed the balance went up and had to call to find out why. I was told that the balance fluctuates because of conversion but this was the fist time that i had seen a different balance online and I'm sure conversion has fluctuated before this. The person I spoke to transferred me to collections to have them set up the withdrawal. It finally came out and I am done with pay pal and if I need to buy something online I would rather go out and buy a credit gift card and pay extra in fees and gas then deal with pay pal again. "

PAYPAL HOLDS ON TO YOUR MONEY AS LONG AS THEY CAN

"PAYPAL HAS HELD PAYMENTS RECEIVED FROM OUR ACCOUNT FOR LONGER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE RELEASED FOR WITHDRAWL. THEY ARE USING SELLERS CASH TO THEIR OWN BENEFIT AS LONG AS THEY CAN (ALMOST A MONTH). THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIME. IF WE COULD GIVE THEM Z E R O STARS, THAT'S WHAT THEY WOULD GET."

stealing money from a client

"I ordered the phone from LENOVO site FastCardTech S8 A7600 arrived at 29.04.2016. always shoot a video to avoid fraud. After opening the package, I saw that they sent an old used phone without protective patches, heavily scratched, not working touch screen not working OS LEWA, (which is not the original operating system on LENOVO) manufacturer needless stated in the warranty card that is off warranty. I tried to talk to the service of fastcardtech.com, but I had been cheated and humiliated for 20 days. I sent them a couple of times video for proof that the phone is not working, but there was no answer. I opened a dispute through Pay Pal and the decision was in my favor, but you have to give the old, scratchy not working phone for which I paid 20 bucks out of pocket for transportation. It is not normal for me to pay for a new phone to get your old phone is not working, as well as to pay the return and nobody cares what happened. Admits fastcardtech.com that sent wrong phone for repair and it was their mistake, broken phone from one month in the Chinese post office, but they don't accept it, because you have to restore the PAY PAL money dispute closed with a lie, that track number is invalid without me warning and most helpfully gave them money in a Pay Pal account so participated in the theft of my money please write bravely without worrying because we have collected evidence and have informed corresponding services. PAY PAL does not protect the buyer's money, with clear evidence of fraud and the recognition of the seller that the mistake was his closing, and they dispute apologize with $ 50 that they were wrong. It's move to close the dispute and to escape from responsibility and do not pay the total amount involved in the cheating scheme. The seller admits that he lied to me and he sent me an old broken phone PAY PAL, give him my money, for all that I have proof."
