"I opened a dispute with Paypal and they've ignored my request and will NOT respond. I also was denied access to the case and so I sent multiple emails to Paypal but of course I've been ignored and received no emails. I have then sent other emails without responses. I have no trust in Paypal very very poor services.

"PayPal doesn't protect buyers, nor do they protect sellers. PayPal protects PayPal's flow of money from the fools who fall for the promises, and that's all they do. They claim to offer a safe and secure financial system, but someone managed to hack into my account and change the shipping address. Someone (maybe the same person) also tried to go on a spending spree with my credit card. I was lucky. The intrusions were caught in time and I never lost a cent. I cancelled the PayPal account and the bank gave me a new credit card. And I don't recommend anyone buying one of PayPal's prepaid MasterCards, either. The card costs $4.95, and as soon as you load any money onto it they take another $4.95 "monthly service fee." To h*ll with PayPal, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Mark Zuckerberg and all crooked organizations and shysters. They can all take a flying leap."

It is a nightmare to get a response from them relating to issues or complaints! I still don't have a response for the last e-mail that i wrote them a month ago.
If you change the country of residence, you have to close the account and open another one with new country details.

"Think seriously before using Paypal. They are two faced and a big joke. It promises to safeguard customers then abandons them at their hour of need.
I rejected an item and escalated a claim through PayPal. The seller collected the item and I furnished Paypal with the documentary details supplied by the seller.
Paypal refused to process a refund and hastily closed the claim, alleging that the document I sent- supplied by the seller could not confirm return of the item. They never bothered to confirm with the seller if the item was received (having been collected by its courier) or not.
They took my money, asked me to return the item so they process my refund, but after I contacted the seller who collected the item, they left me high and dry to fight for myself without both the item I had bought and the money I had paid for it. I'm disgusted and dismayed!!!
Beware of PayPal, and it's false promises !!!!!!

"Paypal is a very unworthy company. They will give into the buyer at any point just so they do not lose customers. My buyer received her item, and made communication which she had communicated with me that she received it, but yet she opened a claim on me? I will NOT pay for the claim, I am so glad that I had spent the money already, because all hell would have hit the roof if i would have lost money. They still treat sellers with contempt Blatantly holding your funds without any excuse. Their website is faulty and one wonders how secure they are. To be honest they are still a bit of a maverick outfit. My advice use another service, trouble is on ebay we got no choice "
