I can't send money or withdraw money in Paypal I because there is selling changes

"I have limited access on my Paypal account because I receive 750$ they want to know what I sell when in fact it is personal and there is no drugs involve. It is for rental fees and we used Paypal cause hassle free but now I can't get the money if I can't submit the proof of my business and transaction or shipping. I am not into business what proof I need to send. They will review the requirements I will send and email me when I can access back my account. I won't use Paypal again."

Not even worth a star rating!!!

"I have absolutely no positive feedback for this company at all, every item I have sold through ebay they've held my money back from me. When I challenged them over it I was given every excuse under the sun!! After nearly an hour arguing my point across to them I'm still no further ahead with them. Avoid at all costs, they're out to make money out of your money despite taking a fee from you as well!!!!"

Purchase protection my A*&

"I was definitely taken by the myth, PayPal offers no purchase protection. Jumped through all the hoops and had all the correct info and a bulletproof case, they turned me down after first telling me I deserved a refund. They are a scam and I will need to find a better mousetrap."

A useless parasite.

"Basically, PayPal is a very convenient way to pay, but I avoid using it whenever feasible. Their Buyer Protection is a joke and unless you have unlimited time to all the BS that PayPal tell you to do to make your claim valid, you simply won't be able to benefit from the buyer protection. And even if you follow their labyrinth of deliberately designed awkward procedures and your claim is totally legitimate, the chance that you get your money back is next to zero.

Furthermore, even though PayPal doesn't offer ANYTHING of value except fast payment, their fees are ridiculous, especially the hidden once that PayPal charge for no obvious reason.

I've been an eBay member since 1999 and have used PayPal from the very start and have a flawless feedback profile after thousands of buys and sell, so this is not written in rage because one single transaction.

There is a reason why people like Elon Musk get rich (founder of PayPal) and trust me, in the absolute majority of cases it's not because of hard work, education and intelligence. Of course Elon Musk has made a fortune on subsidies from the tax payers' money with his "green" lies, but the creation of the greedy monster PayPal must surely have contributed well to his wealth aswell.

Avoid PayPal whenever you can. It's just cash machine for the owners without any real benefit for the customers.

Avoid at All Costs!!! No Purchase Protection As Advertised

"I am avoiding them at all cost! I purchased a Nexus 6 unlocked for my son. It never worked properly when it came to calls. I also purchase a warranty for 2 years on top. We were not sure if it was the device itself, the apps he installed or using the wrong account. I tried to be diligent about it and check everything before returning, assuming they would stand behind it. They failed. Their dispute resolution did not help. Their agent wrote down that I wanted a warranty, which was incorrect. Then I tried to email them the correction, they said it had already been decided. Then I told them of their error, they said I could appeal only to reply that their was no new information? Really, screw them!!!"

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"This site is an absolute JOKE. I would never recommend anyone use this site. My first and only time using them and it has caused such a headache. It has been almost a month since I have received my money. I have called them a handful of times and when I finally get someone after being on hold for nearly an hour, they give me the run around. They claim it's now my banks issue, when really it is not at all. They have literally stolen my money, since they cannot tell me where my money is, and how they can help me. Each time I speak to someone they are of NO help. When I asked to speak to a manager and was on hold once again, I was then transferred to someone who was not at a manager position and asked me for all of my information over again. I have never seen a business operate this way, and I am highly unhappy. NEVER do business with PayPal. "

better not to use them.

Death by Paypal

"The world would be a better place without PayPal, at least my world. I have been restricted from using my account until I am 18 even though that is in a few months, because of that I cannot sell anything on eBay until they unfreeze my account, they froze my money for a month that is in my current PayPal, I had to create a student account through my moms PayPal And a new email so I could still get my OWN money and now I cannot validate my student card because it is not working. Their information is outdated and incorrect. Their customer service employees are poorly trained, and frankly I find it absurd that I can legally drive a car, but cannot use my own money. Overall, the world would be a better place without PayPal. "

Be very careful with PayPal

"I tried to make an order from eBay on Sunday (Mar 13th 2016). PayPal didn't accept my card so I tried it again on Monday. Now it worked as it should be ... until I noticed that PayPal was still accepted my card already after the first time (but so much later that I coundn't see it before next try). So I made this same order twice. HELLO - WHAT IS THAT ???

How it is possible to behave like this - if you cancel the order once, you cannot accept it later (12-24 hours later) without my confirmation that I really need this order. I would be done it with anyone else during this time when the PayPal acceptance process worked.

If you cancel the billing once, you cannot accept it later - that's fact. It is very strange behavior ... anyway I tried to cancel my later order in eBay - didn't work (strange delay again and after several hours I received a sending message). After that I send email for seller and they be able to stop delivery process - I received the first delivery a week ago and I'm not received the next one (double one). PayPal still try to charge me - I just send a message for my CC company that don't accept the double charging.

Anyway - I'm not PayPal registered customer, so I haven't any easy way to discuss with their customer service. I think that eBay and PayPal will be services that I don't use if I can do it - I'll try always to find another solution ...

Terrible customer service

"Been using paypal for 10 years and all of a sudden they started holding my money I received for 21 days before releasing it to me. They can't explain why they have a hold on my account. I talked to 4 people including a supervisor and they still couldn't explain to me why they couldn't release the money. The company is a scam don't use them!!!!"

"Never had issues with PayPal for years until now. Very frustrated.

I filed a claim because Walmart wouldn't allow online purchases to be returned at their store and require that I pay for return shipping. (Shipping cost = 50% of the purchase price).

Originally, Paypal ruled against me stating that I am required to pay shipping costs before a refund would be issued so I told them this was unacceptable and they responded by changing the ruling in my favor, and I would receive a refund, due to special circumstances.(refund within 5 business days or less) More than 5 business days later, no refund so I emailed about status and 3 days later no response from PayPal.

"Awful, dont deal with your issues just simply talk a lot of Bull as if I was an idiot and did they write a message to the merchant for the double payment?? of course not. Avoid paypal if you can, there is no money back guarantee as always advertised and promised. When escalating a problem, they just send a standard reply, sorry can not do....
I can only rate PayPal as a big SCAM company and effectively close my account immediately.
