"I report the unauthorized transaction and they didn't do anything they closed the case and even say I made these transactions. I am closing my PayPal account!"
"Paypal have frozen my payment of £5,300 now for over 2 years, the reason being some of my company docs were missing, when I resubmitted the docs all was satisfied, I may have called then over 30 times in the 2 years and I get passed on from operator to the next and so on. I finally had break through this year and they put me through to a supervisor, they had admitted negligence on their behalf and I got my first ever apology. He left me with his first name like they all do and I was promised my funds would be released within 7 days, its now been 2 more months and when I called they claim they don’t know anyone under this name.
I requested an email to clarify they had made a mistake, I still have this email and I have used this to fight my case and yet to this day I still have not been returned my payment.
I run my own business and extremely busy and so it has taken this long, but I cannot stress enough how pathetic and useless PayPal is.
They seem to lack basic skills and totally incompetent in dealing with the smallest of matters, it has also become so clear to me that after speaking with a supervisor how dangerous it is to leave your money in their account, I mean if this guy is in charge and even he doesn’t abide by the rules in helping out then were all in trouble. PayPal is simply a terrible company and they will hold on to you cash with their dear life, god forbid anyone has to go through what im going through. since then I have found a professional company and its been a breath of fresh air.
Please not, PayPal are not the only ones out there, they have a big name and a bit of my cash for fancy adds, but that’s all they have to offer.
I will keep chasing and hopefully one day like winning the lottery I may actually get someone on the end of the call who may actually be competent enough to deal with this professional matter.

" First, I had to change my email to my account, and I did. Then, on my next sell, the old and wrong email address started to get my notifications. When I called about it, this whole other problems is all of a sudden in my life. They told me I was being scammed, that people were trying to use my account. I was told to purchase a Google Play Card with a certain amount of money in it. I did. I had to stay on the phone the entire time from my home, to the store. The people I spoke to, which were many, all said the same thing. They said the card would fix the hackers. Then, they say all the hackers werent fixed, that only one was fixed. They said I then had to buy another Google Play Card consisting of three hundred dollars. First, there were three hackers, then all of a sudden after the card purchase there are four hackers. They said they wpuld reimburse my money, but never did. The damn card costs one hundred dollars!!!!!!! I dont have my mobey back!!!! I was robbed!!!!! People are posing as PayPal and robbing people!!!!! Now I cant get ibto my account!!!! They all sound foreign these people, and they are rude, talk over you, and even laugh at you! They dont reimburse you!!!! They takr your money!!!!! Beware of the fake Paypal posers!!!! These people are men who rob users. Compare the Paypal numbers, do your research before you make any transaction over the phone."
"Horrible experience. Agent hung up on me. Called back asking for a supervisor and was placed on hold for over an hour before being disconnected. Tried emailing and was denied with a form letter and no explanation of my issue. Have closed my Paypal, Xoom and venmo accounts. Will not be using any Paypal related services..too many other good options to choose from.."

"After a dispute with seller which was paid via paypal.com I contacted paypal.com to get my money back for the postal fee taken for cancelled mercandise. A lot of evidence was uploaded to the paypal.com site where the seller in fact admits that all the postal fee isn't paid back for the cancelled parts. It seems for me that the case proceedings wasn't to proffesional and they jumped to conclusions after some minutes even with 35 pages with attachment. I don't think they even read it!
The final answer to this from paypal is that I got some of the money back, anyway postal fees was not covered by the buyers protection program so they couldn't help me!! I cancelled my paypal.com account immediatly!
In addition is it cheaper to let VISA do the transaction between currencies than using paypal.com."
"Do not ever conduct a money transaction through PayPal. PayPal will hold your money and not give it to you even if they know the funds that you are receiving is good funds. They will allow your customer to have your product 4 weeks before they will give you your money. I have been getting towed for the past week that I cannot have my money $3,400 and I've been stranded in another state and able to get home because they will not give me my money. If you have to do a money transaction, please find another venue to do it through. PayPal customer service ****. They don't put the customers first. To them your money and your private situations don't matter all they care about is their company. I would never donate another dime to this company and I hope the people out there take heed to this Horror Story and keep your money out of their institution as well."
"I run a medium size ebay business - around $35,000 in sales a month. Paypal found an issue where they said I was non- compliant and my account would be disabled if I did not resolve the issue in about 10 days. I immediately resolved the issue, which takes 72 hours for them to review. 5 business days later, I received the exact same message about non-compliance. I call Paypal and an employee confirms, "it looks like they didn't review the issue, it looks like they assumed you had not fixed the issue yet, I'll submit it for review again which can take up to 72 hours". By the way, nobody will even look at the issue over the long weekend. 5 days later, my Paypal account is turned off. Can't accept payments, withdraw money, anything. I'm literally losing thousands of dollars a day - I call PayPal and they assure me there is nothing they can do, the department that actually addresses issues does not accept calls. I will just have to wait another 72 hours for them to review the issue AGAIN - And now I know their 72 hours is a standard five business days or more - so I guess I'll just take the week off work without pay.
Paypal customer service has been some of the slowest and most incompetent I have ever witnessed. I am immediately looking for payment alternatives. Avoid Paypal if at all possible, they can shut down your business at a moments notice. "

"I purchased tickets to a event, and discovered the tickets I purchase didn't even exist. The tickets were not valid. I opened a case within my Paypal account labeled as Fraud- Purchase not as described, per the Paypal customer service rep. I emailed proof from the event center showing they were not valid tickets and that I am out $1,286.95 a clear case of fraud. And Paypal closed the case and labeled it denied base on the purchase not being unauthorized ! Trying to get a actually person to speak to is impossible. Bottom line is NEVER purchase through Paypal- use your credit card where you are protected against fraud. Paypal WILL NOT protect you as a consumer even after you send clear proof of fraud."
"My wait time has been ridiculous. Ive been waiting on my money to be transfered into my banking account and online it says 1 business day and holidays take longer ok the 4th of July is over with. Still nothing. After one woman didnt even do what i sat on the phone for a whole hour for and just off the strength that we could barely understand each other i had to call back to find out it delayed my process by 48 hours but get this i wait the whole 48 hours still no money in my bank account and so i called back today and now its gon be 3-5 business days which in total turns my whole paypal experience into 2 whole weeks of waiting and troubleshooting. Oh and by the way when u call them they get smart with you and dont even try to resolve the issue they jus keep telling you basically the same thing the last person told you i finally decided if i dont receive it by Monday like i was told by the last person i talked to i will never use paypal again as far as im concerned i am not a valued customer they lied to me and are still holding my money more then likely wont bother with Paypal again its wayyy tooo much too complicated and it just flat out **** me off cuz i feel like i keep goin thru hoops to get my money and dont kno if im gonna get my money or if im gon have to charge it to the game. "Well to begin PayPal is a bunch of liars .I was told on several times that I would receive my refund and never have .it's always the same song and dance by PayPal telling me I won my claim and will receive my refund but never do.
