"This was my first time ordering from Performance-PC's and everything about the purchase far exceeded my expectations. I placed the order not knowing they were without power and shut down due to a hurricane. After learning this I accepted that my order might take awhile for me to receive it but I was not in dire need of the part and it was trivial in light of what this company and its employees had to deal with.

I can honestly say I was quite surprised when I received an email from them four days later, on a Sunday I might add, telling me that my order had been filled and shipped.

I subsequently learned they had brought in generators to enable them to start filling customer orders.

This to me speaks volumes about the quality of this company, its owners and employees. Not only did they have to work under adverse conditions, they came in on a Sunday. Now that’s customer commitment!

I most certainly would recommend Performance-PC's to others and would not hesitate in purchasing from them again.

"Ordered a Lian-Li PC-V1000 case in black from Hank and his shop, modded with one of his case windows and a blowhole. Wonderful job with the mods, the window looks stock (or better), blowhole looks factory or better to my eye also. Case itself was shipped perfectly. Hank is in Florida so hopefully he weathered out the hurricane onslaught this year (2004). Anyway, no complaints, this case I'm sure will last me a while."

"What is this?! I _*just*_ placed my order and it shipped not even 10 minutes after I placed it. That is amazing. Granted, I only ordered 2, 4-pin molex to 3-pin female socket cables for my fans. Nevertheless, the speed at which they shipped it is amazing. I will, without question, order from these people again. I am just overwhelmed with amazement, the email notifications are incredible. I have never recommended anything over newegg, but I think this store has newegg beat in speed (newegg still has a much larger selection of parts) this place has more of those miscellaneous parts that are otherwise, hard to find at any huge online retail store such as newegg.

This is unbelievable---not bad for spending 2 seconds on google searching for these 4-pin molex to 3-pin female fan adaptors!!!!!!!! A bit pricey on shipping ($6 for 2 of these stupid little fan cable adaptors, but it's not outrageous...and it's worth it because of all the email notifications and *FAST* processing.
