"Well, to date I have spent over $1000 with this company. Let me say how pleased I am to have such a great place to buy all of this PC gear right here in my backyard, in FL.
The selection of products and frequency at which the inventory is updated with new products is excellent. The site desingn is absolutely my faovorite as well. The drop down menus are great for selecting custon options on a stock product, and the best part is the checkout window. It displays the item, quantity, and underneath all the "sub options" you chose. No non-sense, I love it.
Overall, the only site that I would consider to be direct competition to PPC's is frozencpu.com. I hate to bash, but, PPC's ships faster, has competitive pricing, and DOESN'T RIP YOU OFF ON SHIPPING. This is the worst. I hate it when a site nickel-and-dimes you on shipping cost, then you get the product with a shipping label showing the paid shipping cost as far less.
Not the case with PPC's. There is a variety of shipping options available, making things very flexible. I usually just get priority mail and the stuff comes next-day in Florida. This is the cheapest option too. I am glad they leave so many options for shipping, since it really makes a difference in my case.
The quality of the modded products is superb. They use quality parts to for the sleeving, and I have seen some of their case mods, which also look very precise and professionally done. The other good thing is that they have been certified by certain manufacturers to mod the items, which means they can do so while retaining the original warranty. Love it.
Lastly, the owners/operators are always helpful. They are grateful for my business and always answer my emails personally, usually in an hour or less.
Their site blows the competition out of the water for me. Comparitively, my experiences between PPC and Frozen CPU are as different as night and day. I discovered PPC's after having a bad experience with frozen CPU and will probably never go back. they are the best.

I ordered a bunch of spare parts from Performance PC's because of their low prices. Unfortunately two of the 15 fan power adapters I ordered were missing the molex connector that goes around the pins.
I emailed Performance PC's regarding the missing parts, and get a very fast email response, and they sent me replacement connectors, free of charge, no questions asked, and with upgraded shipping!!
