"I'm a european customer and am allways very anxious about how stuff gets handled and how it finally gets here(especially with pricey PSU's coming from the US to Europe). After looking around on the internet I finally came upon mr Baron's store. I promptly sent him a few mails asking him some information about the products I was interested in. Replies came back very quickly, even during weekends and at night;) So was very pleased on that department, some stores just don't send anything back and atleast these guys replied to any and all mails I had.

So far I have made 3 orders with them and all of them went just flawlessly. Orders are processed very quickly(mostly not longer than a day), and shipping to Europe is very fast as well, 4 days it took to hit my european borders. Even after me changing my order around, and replacing goods, asking advice again, then cancelling some stuff and asking questions again mr Baron still stayed the course like a true salesman should.

"Had a bit of an issue with the 15% credit processing fee to cancel an order that wasn't shipped. I don't agree with it, but Hank did stay professional the entire time and even offered a credit to my account to smooth things over. Suprisingly despite the issues, the parts were shipped quite fast.

Only suggestion is to move the stores phone number to the "contact us" section and to make policies such as the 15% credit processing fee more visible as both instances seem a bit buried in the fine print.

Overall, the store has competitive prices and an impressive selection. I would recommend, but make sure you read the fine print."

"All I can say is that these guys are AMAZING!!!!
I ordered a modded PSU (Antec) from them which they did great work on. Unfortunately, it didn't work for the motherboard I had. Even though their policy is to not exchange/return modded items, the folks at performance-pcs decided to help me out. They let me return the PSU for another PSU (Enermax 650W) that was supposed to work for my motherboard. They even shipped it to me before they got the Antec back.
Unfortunately again, that PSU was too large for my case. So once again, the folks at performance-pcs helped me out and let me return the Enermax 660W for a 550W.
Each time I got the PSU modded with heatshrink, sleeving, and removable cables.
The fact that they were so willing to work with me on issues that most stores wouldn't even think twice about was just AWESOME.
I will definitely shop at at performance-pcs again for their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"I have ordered a case window kit from them.
The item listed price is cheaper than most other online dealer that sell the same kit.
However, the shipping rate is kind of high, which make it totally price isn't that much cheaper than other dealers.

The order process is smooth. The package arrived in a very short period of time. It took just a couple of days for it to arrive.

If I remember correctly, somewhere in their product introducing page, they claimed the clear plastic of their window kit uses laser cutting which make the clear plastic edge smooth and presice. The outer edge of the clear plastic does exactly what it claimed, smooth, clean, nicely finished. However, the two 80mm holes made for the fans doesn't match that quality. The edges of the 2 fan holes are kind of rough and not as nicely done as the outer edge of the clear plastic. I wish they can improve this part of the process.

Update (July 1st)
Soon after I left this feedback here, I was contacted by e-mail thru their customer service people. They are nice enough to offer me a replacement for the item because of the rough fan holes with no charge.
It's very nice of them to do this for me.
This is a proof that they are up the reputation they have on this site, really caring about customer and service quality. Good job!
I will sure order again from them.

Needed an aftermarket video card cooler to replace the lame heatsink and fan unit on my newly ordered 9800pro. Found a cheap deal for an Arctic-cooling silencer for $15.00. The package arrived shortly without problem. Again, this prove that this company can be trusted. Will sure order from them again next time when I need cooling device/case/power supply/external parts."
