"Made an order that included dog food and dental chews. The dog food was fine, but the dental chews made my dog sick not even 10 min after chewing through it. We called customer service to see if we could return the chews. Since I purchased 2 bags of the chews (they had good reviews), we were told we could only return the unopened bag. I understand that's your policy, but it's not going to work when you're competing against Amazon and Chewy, who's always willing to take returns if something doesn't work for a pet. We ended up giving the unopened bag away too because we would've been responsible for shipping costs so wasn't worth returning at that rate. Do better in terms of your return policy. You won't last against other competitors if you maintain a strict policy and aren't willing to provide prepaid labels for returns the way other companies effortlessly do. Customer service could also be better because the person we spoke to on the phone wasn't the most helpful. The rep kept insisting "We normally don't take returns" meanwhile the website clearly says you'll accept returns for unopened items. Do better or I'll start ordering from Chewy. "
