"If you want a very powerful but yet inexpensive notebook, but are also concerned about having great support, you need not look any further than Powernotebooks.com. I can tell you from my experience that these guys care about their customers. In the first week after receiving my new Sager 5660, I decided that I would prefer a different type of LCD screen (the UXGA screen has a coating that allows a wider viewing angle -- but it was too "sparkly" for my taste, so I decided to just step back to the SXGA+)... with no questions asked, the Powernotebooks team and their people at Sager replaced & turned around my machine very quickly. Upon receiving the notebook though, I noticed that there was some kind of damage from shipment (a crack on an edge of the unit), but I didn't have to worry because AGAIN the Powernotebook guys said to just send it back -- and only 4 days later I had a totally fixed, beautiful notebook back in my hands! A+ for the support!!
The machine itself is a joy to use -- in my opinion as an engineer, this has got to be one of the fastest MACHINES out there period, let alone the fastest notebook. The graphics are phenomenal & will make a gamer out of you even if you weren't before! :-) Aesthetically, the 5660 is very slick looking too - a metallic silver with a relatively slim design for such a powerful unit. Finally, the unit has a great cooling system - so good that the bottom of the unit barely even gets warm (as opposed to almost every laptop I've ever owned).
Definitely try Powernotebooks & you'll see for yourself why they have such a high rating!"

Top notch assistance (Joel was excellent in assisting me, made me feel very comfortable) in the purchasing process and I received my laptop (Sager 5660) on the day Joel said it would arrive. I was very hesitant about purchasing a laptop online. I attempted to purchase one from Dell. I placed the order and requested send business day delivery. I needed the laptop by a certain date. Dell promised it would be delivered by that day. A few days later the I discovered the order was to be shipped 3-5 day ground and the expected delivery date was after the promised date.
