"Love my new laptop, but even if someone had a better price I'd come back to powernotebooks.com to buy again. I thought about getting an Alienware laptop, I do audio, video and high-end graphic work and need the most powerful laptop I can get my hands on, but I didn't want to wait for a month. With less than a week before a trip to Europe, I called them to see if it would be possible to get a laptop prepared and to my front door. Even though they usually have a 3-5 day lead time (far superior to Alienware or some of the big guys even at that), but when they found out about my timeframe, they worked with me and got my notebook shipped out even a day before they promised it. (Which left me the whole weekend to prepare it for travel, instead of half a day.)

Real people to talk to, real customer service (haven't had any trouble with my Sager laptop yet, knock on wood, though), great value. "

"My story begins about 11:30 PM EST the day after Thanksgiving. I was getting scared I made a bad decision, after ordering a laptop from Alienware. From the reviews I began to read; all was OK, unless you had a problem...then you were hosed. Since I'm an IT pro, and starting a sudden, new project that required a laptop with horsepower, the slow delivery from A-ware also had me concerned. The more I read, the worse it got!
