"Fast service. Joel Kleppinger made a last minute change to the hard drive on my Sager 8886 for me. I had selected the wrong one that I wanted.
He also changed my delivery method from UPS two-day because UPS Ground was already a two-day trip, this saved me quite a few bucks.
It is now two days later and I already have my laptop. Being that I am a person in the service industry with a large company, I am able to recognize great service, and PowerNotebooks.com as everyone beat!
