"I received my powerpro 15:3 a few days ago and so far it has been excellent. The material used for the notebook seems very nice and the full keyboard is hard to find on a notebook anywhere else. My notebook booted up with no problem at all, eventhough I did not purchase an operating system.
The 24/7 support staff is very responsive, and helped me with all the questions I had regarding my OS installation (my advise, purchase an OS along with the notebook to save you some hassle). The sales staff answered my emails promptly regarding any questions I had. I would recommend this company.

Only con I can say is the fact I received my laptop 2 months after my order (i paid the day after i ordered online). The reason was that the notebook screen had to be shipped from another country. At least they stayed honest with me the entire ordeal and I don't regret the wait time, but it could've been better, a little unlucky timing on my part.

edit: It has been 2 months since I received my laptop and I want to chime in with some further reviews.

After 2 months of usuage, the notebook is still in good shape. I carry the notebook to work and school everyday and no problem yet.

PROS: very powerful and well put together machine. I opened up the case in order to install new memories and everything good well placed. Tech support is excellent, one time I called at 3am in the morning and they helped me out right away.

CONS: I am just nitpicking here. The black matte finish tend to collect and show a lot of dust. The keys sometimes will feel "stuck" while you type. It does get very hot and with the fan blowing to the side, if you are using a mouse, your hand will get very hot and sometimes uncomfortable. Lastly, the 6cell battery I have only last around 1 hour to 1hr 15min. "

They emailed me to tell me they are working on my order. They assigned one person to track my order and keep me up to date. I was looking for a desktop-replacement/gaming laptop. There aren't much choices of stores or (good) variety of computers to buy in Hawaii. As I was doing research, I stumbled on a post in a forum that recommended Sager over other brand-names. I looked up online sites that sold Sagers, and I found PowerNotebooks.com.

At first, I was skeptical of a small website that sold computers that had names I never heard of. A few hours after I sent my order, Donald called my (noisy) house to confirm my order. It was ~7:30PM on my clock, so it must have been 10:30PM where he was! Now that is some respectable dedication.

A few days later, Charlotte called me to clarify the institution of the credit card used.
