Website is easy enough to navigate, despite it's outdated appearance (compare to system76 dot com). All relevant technical information is easily available on the website. Product pictures are available but limited, giving no frame for size or usability. More product pictures, possibly even product specific tear-downs would be helpful for technically advanced users, their obviously targeted audience.

Product:
Product is often simple, no frills laptop design with appropriate "badge" on lid. Personally I would have liked to see more customization (options for color, blank badge or alternate lid cover designs would have been nice).

Buying:
While not completely automated like bigger resellers (newegg, zipzoomfly, etc), their specialization and quick reply emails (almost always within 24hrs, if not less) more than makes up for it. Online ordering sends ticket to salesperson, who double checks the specs and corrects any issues. I had chosen second day shipping, but due to my location, ground was just as fast. Salesperson corrected this, saving me aproximately $30.

Payment:
Reseller takes credit cards and bank wires. I choose bank wire to avoid credit card fees on both the reseller and myself. This part made me nervous (as I never made a wire transfer before), but the helpful information from the reseller made the process simple.

Shipment:
Reseller double packs laptop with plenty of firm white foam, minimizing shipment damage. Shipments must be signed for, be sure to send to your place of employment or shipped to someone who will sign for it during working hours.

Support:
Telephone-based support : Currently unused as of yet, reseller promotes domestic technical support. 3 year warranty comes with purchase of powerpro systems, this sold me on the P11:15 laptop.

Web-based support : Articles regarding notebooks in general are available to help ease indecisive buyers, but nothing specific to model. Technical support is phone-based, zero articles or faqs in "support" area of website. Drivers hosted on 3rd party website with no information about linux drivers.

Conclusion : Great place to buy a well priced, moderately customized, stress-tested, no-frills, no-OS laptop. Pretty much exactly what I wanted."
