"I was blown away at the customer service these guys provided, particularly that of Ron Baird's. Even at 3 in the morning, my emails were answered in under five minutes (!) and Ron answered every question I could throw at him.

I ordered the Sager NP2090 (Compal I90), and was walked through every step. The computer works great, especially for the price (the whole ODM pricing is pretty awesome).

I have had the laptop for a little over two weeks, and everything runs great! Vista isn't that bad, a few extra downloads but everything seems pretty snappy once it's up and running. For just under $1450, I outperform all my friends' computers which they bought from HP and Lenovo for the same price or a few hundred dollars more. Plus, I don't have any bloatware or trial software on mine.

The best part about buying from them is that I got all the disks they used to install the drivers, including two backups of Vista (32 and 64 bit).

My only gripes so far are that the microphones are way too insensitive, and I can't figure out what the "Wow Video" or "Wow Audio" and one or two of the other buttons do. These are probably driver issues that I haven't tried to correct or test fully yet; otherwise the laptop (especially the hardware inside) is excellent and a truly great machine given the cheap price.

But overall the company, their service (most notably their service!!), the cheap pricing, and the overall patience of Ron throughout all my crazy questions were most excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a high end computer at a very reasonable price."
