"I was initially skeptical about dealing with customer service via WhatsApp, but it was actually pretty easy. I text the number given to me via PLT regarding contacting customer service. I explained my issue with the refund/exchange because my coupon was no longer available to use for the new order. Rizu was able to help me out very promptly and sent me a new code so I could re-order my items with PLT. Pretty happy! "
