"I have just found Pretty Little Thing and I love it!!! I have just ordered and had delivered quite a few items but unfortunately, they don't suit me or don't fit. I have been a supporter of Zara for many many years but unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with them recently over an item they said I had marked when I returned it. I hadn't even tried it on as it was obvious that it was a ft too long. They refused to believe me and I will never use them again.
I asked about returns using the chat thing. I spoke with Sean who was amazing. I explained that I am away for 2 weeks holiday and would not be able to return the items until my return. He could not have been more human about it.
