SCAM COMPANY

"I would give 0 stars if i could. HORRIBLE COMPANY they SCAM you for your returns! I have been trying to get refunded for 4 months already & they still have not succeeded & or they blame me for not giving them correct banking details when they just don’t type in the correct numbers. they know exactly they typed in the wrong information they just trick you to keep your money. beware! I recommend fashion nova never once have i had this issue!"

Do not shop here.

"With regards to Order No.125196267

I placed an order today with a code that was accepted, supposedly giving next day delivery for 1pound. This code was accepted and said applied to my card. After paying I noticed that I had been charged for standard delivery and told that my item would be delivered in 3-5 days.
I therefore contacted customer services (within minutes of placing the order), they were extremely unhelpful. They said that they cannot cancel or Ammend my order once it has been made (nonsence) and they would not refund me anything. Despite multiple emails.. nothing! They even mentioned that they could see that my code was applied and accepted! It is complete incompetence.

Delivery Code Scam

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled after my recent experience. I ordered for my teenage daughter from Pretty Little Thing for the first time this week. They were advertising £1.00 next day delivery. I entered the code which was accepted and the delivery amount deducted from the purchase. I was directed to Paypal to complete the purchase. During the seconds which followed the code became invalid and £4.99 was added to the purchase cost (without any warning or interruption to the sale to let me know that the amount had increased or to establish if I still wanted to place the order). I really thought an email to the 'customer service department' would have the matter resolved in no time (as same the delivery code was being advertised the next day when I complained). They have refused to refund the delivery amount advising that the code became invalid during the seconds that it took for Paypal to complete the purchase and (despite the same code still being advertised now) they would not honour it. Shocking customer service and there really are too many competitors out there to warrant using a company who are so lacking in customer service. And the icing on the cake- the item was not even delivered the next day! Once bitten-twice shy- never again!

Not able to track order?!!

"You can’t even track your order like what’s up with that??!! How am I supposed to know if my order is on its way or not?

Also, you can only contact them through email which is lame and an issue in my opinion.

Last time i’ll Ever support this business again.

Theyre rubbish..... Use another site!!

"Spent an hour adding about 29 items to the basket. Tried to checkout and it hung for 10 minutes. Went "back" in the browser, basket was still there. Tried again and I lost my whole basket. It had given me an order number so gave that to customer services and got told to just got back manually and add it myself again... and risk checking out again. WTF???... that just took almost 2 hrs. I'm just trying to spend money and buy my Mrs some clothes for holiday... you're making it very very difficult. Dont bother using this site if you can help it."

Christmas Destroyed

"Prettylittlething.com destroyed my Christmas. I ordered $200 worth of clothes on December 9, 2018 and got a delivery date for December 19, 2018. I sent an email and on December 22 I got a refund on my shipping and a reply email saying the Christmas presents that I ordered wouldn't be here until December 30. This is the only place that I've ever seen charge shipping on such a large order and didn't even notify me that there were delays. I will never order from this place again."

Unpredictable Delivery Date...Unacceptable

"I placed an order November 28th for $35. I planned on wearing the shirt I ordered for my college graduation on December 15th. My expected delivery date showed December 7th and the order dispatched December 2nd. More than enought time to get to me in 3-5 business days. The tracking # they gave me was a recycled tracking number showing my package was delivered on July 10 in Arizona which was incorrect of course & I was shipping to Illinois. I sent their twitter page a dm on December 3rd and they said the correct tracking # would be updated in the next couple days. Dm’d them again on December 7th bc I had yet to receive updated tracking info and my package still had not arrived. The rep that messaged me back, Sarah, said I would receive it by December 11th. They also refunded my shipping charge of $5.99. She also sent me a DHL tracking # showing expected delivery date as December 13th. Basically I had to drive 3 hrs back home to find a grad outfit because it did NOT come on the 13th. Didn’t arrive until the 17th. Probably will never order from here again. "

Awful company

"Absolutely awful company. Their customer service is APPALLING. You can't just speak to one person every reply you get if from a different person which is ridiculous!
I placed an order at 7:30 on a Saturday which should have been delivered on Sunday as I signed up to the "Royalty" subscription for next day delivery. It took THREE DAYS for my parcel to come. I contacted PLT and let's just say they didn't not care what so ever. I've never in my life experienced such awful customer service. I don't understand how this company is still functioning.

I will definitely be informing everyone I know not to use this company and plastering this all over social media!

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUBISH QUALITY AND VERY VERY POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

HORRIBLE quality HORRIBLE service/ Shady company

"I bought two dress, when I received them they were cheap awful quality. So I decided I would return them I did so using their shipping label it’s been a little over 4 months and still no refund. I’ve emailed them over and over again and have had no luck, I get ridiculous responses from them. They asked to send a picture of the package and shipping label I returned, why the he’ll would I have a picture of that. So since I do not have a picture they are refusing to refund me my money. I will never ever again order anything from them, and I would encourage anyone considering purchasing clothing from them NOT TO. Trust me you will be extremely disappointed and will only be throwing your money away. With so many other options I advise please go elsewhere, these snacks can careless about their customers or anyone purchasing from them. DO NOT ORDER from these shady **** people. "

Terrible Customer Service

"Refused to order from Pretty Little thing for over 14 months due to terrible customer service. Decided to give them another go last week. Certainly wish I hadn’t. Blaming my parcel not arriving on an influx of orders because of Black Friday is unacceptable, surely they would of foreseen they would of been busier on the the busiest shopping day of the year and put things in place to prevent delays. However, I can somewhat understand the delay if this was communicated to me in advance but I was not told until I contacted them on the day my delivery was meant to arrive. I was then told by Tracey I would be getting a refund for my delivery if my parcel did not arrive by 1/12 and that they will express my delivery. Over night I have just received an email to inform me they have got there days mixed up and it will actually arrive on the 4/12. Which is quite frankly a bit of a joke, what company get there delivery days mixed up?! So I asked for my delivery to be refunded to be told this can’t happen even though I was promised it would happen!! It is not the customer problem that you got your delivery days mixed up!! Now I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a order I will not need when it arrives due to needing it this weekend. A crook of a company, Who are quick to take your money and continuously lie to you. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be waiting another 14 months to reorder, lost a customer who shops online weekly!"

SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!!

"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! SCAM!
I ordered shoes from PLT and paid for express shipping. Not only did it not get here on time, I reached out to their customer service email and never got a response. Finally got through to their Instagram customer service account and they told me what I had ordered was out of stock??? THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW. I requested a refund and apparently the refund keeps failing on their end? They asked for my paypal, gave them my link, now they can't use that either. They are requesting I send them my bank account number to "give to their financial team"...SCAM. I would never give out that personal information and its extremely weird that all of their refund attempts are failing. So, I just donated $80 to the PLT fund where they are likely using my money to pay influencers. DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. Going to make a fraud claim and see where that gets me.

Happy customer

"I placed my order as a next day delivery and the order did not come on the date specified. I emailed customer services and tilf them that i had not recieved my item on-time and that i would like a refund on shipping.
They speedily responded to me and refunded my shippjng with no hassle.
I then sent them a second email asking them to locate my item, as the tracking was not accurate and did not give me any information on location of parcel. PLT customer services replied to me quickly (within 2 hours) and told me where and when my item was to be delivered.
I have had no major issues with them, any issues i did have they dealt with efficiently and effectively.
I would give the a 5* if they had a number i could call them on. I found no numbers online or in invoice.

What a joke

"What a joke of a company! What kind of company doesn't offer to help with pricing?!? I placed an order while something was 30% off but the code didn't work. I thought surely these guys would be like every other online retailer and still offer the discount if I was able to show proof or at the very least, a credit to the store. Nope. They are not willing to help out at all. They also mark your order shipped right away, that way you can not make any changes or adjustments. It wasn't even 2 hours when I got an email saying my order shipped. Normally, I would be stoked about this but not when the customer service is a joke. I was willing to go spend more money with you but instead, you lost a customer. Based on all the other reviews, I might as well dispute the charge while it's still pending."

"I thought the service from pretty little thing was amazing the clothes arrived the next day ready for our holiday and the quality of the material is fabulous my daughter wanted oversized t shirts so I ordered her 4 just hoping they would be right they are fantastic and only £10 each well done pretty little thing I’m so impressed "
