I returned items twice and 24 days still have no refund for both times! The customer service does nothing and blames Paypal because I opened a dispute .. So they do nothing is incredible. I will have to complain no professionalism. Already the return costs are not free (France) plus they fly clearly without refunding when returning the items."

I encountered a glitch, and upon reaching out to customer service, was promptly responded with clarification, and was sent superb set! "I made an order on their website as they were currently offering 40% on the homepage with the code “DOLL40”. The code kept saying “invalid” even though there was about 1 hour 30 minutes before it was going to expire based on the timer.
I processed the order and messaged them on Twitter immediately, and even provided screenshots to them to let them know the issue with the coupon. I was given the run around saying they were unable to do anything after an order was placed even though it was their fault. They even mentioned that the coupon not working was a “known issue”. It’s a known issue, yet they are unable to write their wrongs right. It is unfair and it is bad customer service to hold the customer responsible for an ERROR on the brands part.
I’m very disappointed with how they dealt with this issue. As the customer service was not satisfactory, and they did not trying to do anything to make sure the customer left satisfied and their issue was resolved in the best light, I would not recommend shopping here."
"I ordered from PLT on 4-16-19 and received my order on 4-24-19. I’m surprised it came so fast since I do live in Ohio and the clothes come from overseas. I received my confirmation email within a few hours of ordering. The only thing is that the day my package arrived I had tracked it and it said it was in Chicago. But it arrived at my door that day. It was everything I ordered and it was all the right sizes. The dresses were great and they arrived in time for my bday. I had absolutely no issues with PLT. But seeing these reviews make me scared to order again because I fear something might go wrong. "
"So I ordered from them back in March ( I ordered the wrong size because I did not know that in the us on the mobile app the sizes are already us sizes ) so I sent them a message asking if I could get an exchange on the new size. They responded stating that since it was my fault they could not exchange or refund my shipping cost and I would have to rebuy the shoes again in my correct size. Get this , my correct size magically happened to be sold out so I reordered the boots a size up in a 9 , I paid to ship the return ones back and reordered the 9 well I get the 9 and it’s a completely different shoe , so I go back on the site and look at the shoes I know I reordered and guess what ( the size 8 is in stock again) so I write them again and ask them what is the deal and do they actually have an 8 in stock because clearly I got sent the wrong shoe . They responded with yes the uk 6 is a us 8 and you would have to reorder them in an 8 . Funny thing is I went back on the site cause I was actually gonna shop with them again for the THIRD TIME !!! but again the 8 was sold out again just like that . Leaving me to feel like had I not said anything to them the sizes would’ve been available but whenever I tried to get a resolution my size would disappear after I’ve sent a concern email At this point I’m livid because not only did I spend 100+ $ with them I also had to pay for my own shipping was never refunded my shipping since I’m in the US and on top of that you can never communicate with the same person in customer service it’s always some one different with a sorry response leaving you as the customer more livid and stupid for even trusting this site. You can’t even request a manager because there is no actual phone number to get anyone on the phone. Because they don’t care about your concerns and they never resolve anything for you other then we’re sorry but we don’t do full refunds or exchanges so you need to spend more money with us. "Whoever reads this, please PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. I don't trust this website enough for them to truly return your money. I spent $70 on clothes + shipping. My clothes took like 2 weeks to arrive to the US (It won't let me change the date of purchase, but I ordered these clothes in Feb 2019)? Seriously? They don't pay for the return label and they don't refund you for shipping or anything. It took about 2 weeks to get my money back though. It's really annoying. Some clothes look like the site, others do not AT ALL. They seriously don't have reviews on the website? That's so sketchy to me. I emailed the company about that, and they said that "they're in the process of adding that to the site." BS. If Fashion Nova has reviews, you should have reviews. "I made a large order with Pretty Little Thing which they told me had been sent in two parcels. I contacted them as I had only received one parcel, and the tracking number they had given me had the wrong address attached. They are adamant - each time I message them I get a response from a different person who seems to not be able to look at the previous messages that have been sent - that both parcels had been delivered, but are too stupid to realise that one parcel had been sent to a different town. They keep asking the same questions like a broken record. My purchase was over $400. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I do a lot of online shopping. Tomorrow I will be getting a Statutory Declaration signed by my local post office as proof."
