Name your own price is a joke!

"They showed the median price in the travel area is $118- We were going to submit the bid of $75 but decided not to...Hit the back button and the screen flashed and they confirmed a hotel room. Now we're stuck with a room that's advertised all over the web at $65.00. Customer service said that there are no refunds and they won't do anything."

Beware

"I booked one hotel...they put me in a different, cheaper dirtier hotel. I tried to get a refund for the difference in price. They refused. I will NEVER use Priceline again. The worst."

Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

"Liars and cheats. Their "Lowest Price Guarantee" is fraudulent. NOWHERE do they mention only good for 24 hours. Crap customer service. Buyer Beware. Beware that they don't screw you over with a "NO REFUND" reservation even though you did not book it. Their terms of service and customer service are criminal. "

Very poor after sales support

"Very poor after sales support with having me hold my telephone line over 60 minutes, and terrible support for my rebooking which was approved by the airlines but priceline refused to reissue the tickets by messaging on email or twitter account . I will never use Priceline again.Be aware of highly undertrained and under staff their online as well as call centers are. Their Chat and Twitter are just a ruse to avoid helping you by asking you to call the call centre which is notorious for terrible over 1 hour hold times and delays. Again, beware of using priceline just to save few dollars. "

" Priceline.com is the worst place to rent a hotel from we rented a hotel and there was roaches in the hotel in the bed under the sheets and bedbugs which trails of little dots this place was disgusting they said they would give our money back and they never did been arguing with them for a while they swore promised and everything else and never did anything about it. Then my son rents a room yesterday and there is false eyelashes on the desk human feces on the pillows dog crap in the hallways on the way to the room and pubic hair in the showers in on the toilet and then the was disgusting blood and food on the chairs . "

Poor customer service , don’t care and it’s is your problem or someone else

"Plan long trip this summer to Asian
Book all my hotel with Priceline
Between one hotel to another hotel, the month change from June to Mar
Overlook and the booking is was done
As soon the wrong booking done
Contact Priceline and inform this is form thru their sister company and need to contact the sister company to resolve
No solution or option offer by Priceline
Time zone difference . So I have to wait until the other sister company available
And they offer no solution or any option
Bottom line
I don’t know who or what is the other travel agency
I book my hotel thru Priceline
And they don’t even try to help or offer solution
They blame and shift the problem to you and other sister company

Horrible customer service

"Please please please never book with priceline.

I am not a person who enjoys giving bad reviews. I usually let things go even if I suffer a little bit.

But, priceline has broke through all my tolerance limits.

Their customer service is terrible.

I had to make a change in my airline booking.

I called them and explained everything, they made an excuse that call your airline directly.

I did that, airline told me that they for sure are making excuses, the booking is through them,. they need to change it.

I called again, more new excuses and it went on like that.

I wasted my complete one day just to explain them the situation time and again and to reschedule the booking.

DO NOT USE PRICELINE!

"If I could have chosen zero stars or negative stars, I would have.

My family and I had finally saved up enough to go on our first ever vacation and we chose priceline to book it because we heard about the same price guarantee.

WELL, THEY LIE.

Within minutes of booking the hotel, I found a cheaper price on another website and immediately called pricelibe to inform them. They were very nice and asked me to screen shot the website, the room, and the price including tax and email to them. They would be in touch in a few days. I did exactly as he said, taking snapshots of each detail he asked for and emailed it to him. I never heard back from him.

I called and talked to a woman from from priceline and explained the situation. She was very, very rude to me. She said she saw the snapshots but because they weren't all on the same page (room photos, hotel name, and detailed price), she couldn't help me. I told her I couldn't get them on the same page because the website was not set up that way. I also tried to explain what I had been previously told but she continued to argue with me and talk over me, blaming the phone for poor picture quality. I told her I would try to figure it out and resend it. She then told me that she couldn't stay on the phone while I tried to figure it out. She had other customers to deal with.

I hung up and immediately canceled my reservation with them and booked the room with someone else. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST PRICELINE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Class Action Lawsuit in the Making for Cruise Credits Scam

"I booked two cruises cabins through Priceline because they offered on board credits (OBC) that have to be submitted within certain time frames to receive them. I figured this is standard rebate-type practice, and they make their money by the fact that people lose track of the timing for submitting paperwork and pocket the cash. But Priceline doesn't honor the OBC's at all. I've now found several people over years who have experienced the same problem. I have called customer service repeatedly, resubmitting the form as they ask, with their assistance. They never end up having received the form, and of course the site provides no confirmation of you having sent it either. I am keeping track of every call I've made and who I'm speaking with, taking screenshots of every submission sent since they don't provide confirmation. I will be filing a credit card refund claim for these amount and very much look forward to the class action lawsuit they have coming their way."

Priceline Stole $1,128.43 from me

"I booked a British Airways flight from Texas to London with the flight costing $1,059 + flight insurance $68.87 for April 17, 2018. Unfortunately, unforeseen events occurred and I was not able to make my trip to London. I called months before my flight date and the only option that was offered to me was to put my flight credit on hold until Nov 19th 2018. The flight was non refundable or transferable. The only fees they mentioned were the re-booking fees of $275 + $30. The agent told me that as long as I use my credit before Nov 19th, 2018 there will be no problem re-booking the flights. Firstly, Priceline's customer service is subpar..every agent I spoke to was rude, short tempered, and uninformed. I was not informed that my my flight insurance from the original flight was non-transferable so $68.87 was stolen from me right off the bat. Skip ahead a few months to June of 2018... I called Priceline to use my flight credit and book new flights. I was shocked at how I was treated and mislead. The website at the time of re-booking listed flights From Texas to London to cost around $1,200. When I spoke to a Priceline agent to book the flight she told me it would be $5,000+ for the same exact flight. I asked her why they did not honor the current price listed on their own website and she told me that the prices on the website are 'discounted rates' and can only be used when buying a flight for the first time. Since I was using a credit I had with the company I was not authorized to the 'discounted rate'!...The agent went on to blame British Airways for the price hike and told me it was not Priceline's fault. I asked her if the price would drop in the near future or if this is the normal rate of $5,000?? She told me that this is the rate she usually sees when re-booking flights...I then called British Airways and asked them their rate on the same exact flight and they quoted me around $1,200...The agent at British Airways told me that they do not hike up the price. This lead me to understand that Priceline is a shady company that I will never use again. When I placed my flight on hold I should of been informed that all flights are inflated 4-5x over the original rate paid. I do not understand how this is legal?!?!? I could not afford to pay the $5,000 total amount to re-book my flight..it would of been totally pointless because I could of purchased a brand new flights at a fraction of the cost.

In Conclusion, I was not able to take my trip to London because of the 5x price hike on the ticket price and Priceline has stolen $1,128.43 from me. If I could rate the company a negative 4 stars I would in a heartbeat. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review about any company. Please learn from my experience and never use any of Priceline's services.

keep away from those scammers

"The worst customer service ever, I booked a room at the Marriott hotel in Paris for my husband, my 10 month old and I, the room policy said they accepted up to 2 children under age age of 12 in the room and they provide free Crib and breakfast included, Priceline took the money, then Oops, the hotel can not accommodate my reservation! interestingly enough the same room is freaking still available on Priceline website and other websites. They offer to relocate me and I nicely accepted despite spending over a week looking through all options, hotels, location, the rooms criteria, reading the reviews, finding the best value for money and all the details. They relocated me to Napoleon hotel which was in my opinion kind of tiny downgrade, at least location wise, as the Marriott in the main champs-Elysées street and the other one is not, but whatever, no big deal I thought. non the less feeling that they sold me a product they do not have to start with (I can't prove that though), but it is called a scam in my opinion.
few days later I contact the New Hotel (Napoleon) asking whether the crib is free of charge as Marriott was, to My surprise, the agent who relocate me according to the hotel email did book the "Classic" room that accommodate max 2 adults and not children at all.
I called Priceline to clarify that and no one can help me, they actually lied to me telling me it is the hotel policy and they can not change it, when the hotel email clearly said that specific room is not safe for children, but they have other ones that my accommodate us.
so Priceline asked for 1 to 3 business days to "see what they can do" they failed to admit there mistake, they tried to put it on the hotel back, they were not able to call me on my International phone number (as I am not in the US at the time of the events), they won't let me talk to a manager (they directed me to the website), they do not care that even if they refund me in 3 days the hotel prices online is going to double (actually that is where they want to take me I feel, to trap, gaining some time until I can not afford last minute prices so I will accept whatever they offer me) they also were rude enough to encourage me to go for dispute through my credit card to get my money back... Unbelievable, can't imagine that there is still in US a company that treats there customers this way... wow!

Terrible customer service, lies

"I booked a multileg flight. The first plane was delayed adding 10 hours and an extra leg to my already long journey. They won’t do anything about it. I called about tgevpotentusl if canceling on the way back. They said they’d refund the taxes if I canceled so I did. They not only did not refund the taxes but wasted 3 hours of my time putting me on hold. Every time you call it’s min 27 minutes to speak with the correct person at the correct department and usually you have to repeat yourself around 3 times as they don’t save your verification or explain the issue. The misreported in the notes what they told me. "
