"Tried booking a “deal” with these frauds... enter my info and ****! The deal is gone? But they keep display it. I tried 2 different cards, all charges when they through on each card - no confirmation, no booking listed in my account. Avoid these crooks."
"Booked 3.5 star Hotel on Bidding section only to be given a 3.0 star Hostel/hotel hybrid. Then to put salt in the wound found over 20 dollars cheaper on several comparison websites. Spoke with Jerry customer services only to be told can’t cancel, change or price match. Where is the 100-200% compensation? Nowhere is the answer even as contacted within 10 minutes of booking. Answer given is not within time restraints.
Go elsewhere people"
"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
I read some of the posts and I agree avoid this company!!!
I booked a hotel last week and the only filter I chose was a Pet friendly hotel, paid upfront for 2 nights. On the day I packed up my dogs in 100 degree weather and headed across the border from Montreal to Plattsburgh, NY. I get there and hotel states they don't allow pets. Here I was stranded in 100 degrees with the dogs across the border with nowhere to sleep. I had to find a hotel that would accept me and my 2-6lb chihuahuas. I was so frustrated with the service I got on the phone, they refuse to reimburse me even though I had proof!!!!!! I had taken a screen shot of my confirmation and the night I booked the hotel because I didn't want to use my data across the border. I've spent 3 hours on the phone with priceline, spoke with a supervisor and even sent them my screen shots. Still no refund...I've been waiting for someone to get back to me.

"Went through Priceline to get a rental car to go to Cabo. The day we were to leave to the airport and head back to the US the car wouldn’t start. Had to leave the car at the hotel. Tried calling the rental car company and Priceline for help, but no one would help us. Since we were in Mexico both Dollar Rentals and Priceline wanted us to talk to someone in Mexico. But everyone that answered in Mexico didn’t speak English. After 3 hours of trying to reach someone we had to catch our flight. When we got back to the US we spent another 3 hours or more of calling numerous numbers and speaking to numerous people but still no help! Last resort we finally reached out to the hotel for help and they were able to contact the car rental place and have them pick up the car since they were able to speak Spanish. Very disappointed that we waisted a full day of our vacation having to deal with this when Priceline should have helped us since we got the car through them. Will never use Dollar Rental car again for sure and and will never use Priceline to get a rental car when going out out of the country. We are hoping we don’t get charged for the day since we were unable to reach someone. We will see. This is our 1st bad experience and it ended our vacation on a horrible note. "
"Priceline just cheated us, we booked with them, they said the hotel was pet friendly and it wasn't. We paid for 10 days. They say that they are going to refund the money, but it could take a few days for us to get the money. In the meantime we can't afford to get another room. They refused to change the hotel. They refused to help us get another hotel room that would accommodate our pet. Priceline's negligence has cost us a lot. We have nowhere to stay in a city we are unfamiliar with because of them, and it's for my birthday."
"Poor customer service and not always cheaper. They use booking.com thru their site so if there is an issue its more complicated to resolve. I ran into this today. I'm not using them for future travel. Better to deal with hotels directly."
"Priceline's customer service was absolutely disgraceful. They are robots that do not bend or help at all. They regurgitate what they have written, not taking circumstances into account. We are not real people to them, just money. I am shocked as I have never had a problem, but as of lately I have noticed more sneaky and underhanded "deals". I recently wanted to stay in DOWNTOWN Detroit. I booked an express deal, and got a hotel in the NORTH END. It was a complete lie. Check any other site and they list this hotel in the NORTH END, as it is. Priceline refused to believe this and would not cancel the order because it was listed in the wrong area. They know completely well that this hotel is located in an undesirable area. 100%. They are being so shady listing this hotel in the downtown area. They know they would never make money off of it if they were to list it truly. They get their customers to waste their money. I had to book a different hotel through a competitor (OF WHICH THERE ARE MANY). Priceline, we don't need you, YOU NEED US! Watch how you're treating your customers. You just lost many."
"I selected a 2-year hotel that ended up being a Travelodge, which looked like a 1-star motel. The Uber driver said it was unsafe (arrests, prostitution, etc.) and urged me to stay elsewhere. I contacted Priceline to request a refund but was denied due to the non-refundable policy. I felt deceived by the rating. I even pointed out Google and Yelp reviews about this shady motel, and they still denied me a refund. Shame on you, Priceline. You have a responsibility to your customers for providing accurate ratings that are representative of the hotel quality."
"So I booked a flight with Priceline because I thought I got a checked bag. I arrived at the airport and had to pay an additional $120 for my checked bag. I clicked on the baggage policy and was very certain that I could have 1 checked bag on my international flight. There were flights $80 cheaper that had cheaper checked bags than Priceline but again I was certain they had 1 checked bag since they were $80 more expensive than 3 other options. Once I paid an extra $120 for a checked bag, which seems like quite a lot, I called Priceline knowing they would at least match my price. They said they only price match until 24 hours of the flight. So not a fan... won't use them again."
"I booked a hotel through express deal two weeks in advance. I went in at the hotel at night to check in because we had a family function and couldn't check in at 3pm. However, they said they are overbooked and don have any rooms available. We had a confirmed reservation but they just denied giving us a room. We had to spend the night at a different hotel which was expensive and when I called priceline the next day, the representative couldn't get in touch with the hotel manager so they told me to wait. After repeated calls the following days, priceline refused to give me refund because hotel denied that they were over booked and claimed it was a no show!! I had to argue with both priceline and the hotel to get my refund back! I am never going to book anything on priceline.Wish I could give it ZERO stars. Pls don't use priceline!"
"Unprofessional and unskilled staff. Waste of money and time to go through them."
"***FRAUD***My Visa card was charge by priceline which I did not authorised. after getting an email that my card was charge for 2 rooms. I immediately call my bank and cancel the booking and still got charge for a cancelation fee of 200. Priceline did not correct or reversed my money regardless they did a FRAUD on there end. "
"You may have used Priceline before, or had a friend/family member who has, and may be thinking to yourself, "This doesn't seem too bad". But the problem with Priceline is that behind the prices are a litany of horrible customer service practices just waiting to betray you, and ruin your vacation or work trip. You cannot ever trust when/if this will happen, but for certain, if you keep pulling that trigger at Priceline then you are eventually going to wind up getting shot.
My hotel was canceled 3 hours prior to checkin on a vacation. I had a 4-star Marriott booked that simply decided to sell my room to someone else AKA "overbooked". Priceline allowed this activity. What's worse, when someone informed me they would get me another room at the same rate, they lied. They simply canceled my room and returned my money. When I called customer service to ask what was happening, they said because I canceled my room there was nothing they "could" do. I explained they canceled my room, I did not. They called me a liar and said an agent couldn't do that, like a mysterious force was keeping their hand from clicking "cancel" until I blessed them to do so. I received absolutely no assistance and was told I would have to wait 2-3 days for them to review the situation. I paid over 5 times the amount for a same day hotel replacement. For my trouble and considerable cost, Priceline sent me a 5% off code. 5%! I would have felt better if they sent someone to slap me in the face. A week later an email came that said, "Because you canceled your room, there is nothing we can do."
So there is an obvious and intentional policy scam in place for these situations that everyone unwise enough to use Priceline should be aware of. They do not care about you or your business as much as the do retaining a modest profit margin on a simple transaction such as above. Just think about how many more times I would be using their service if I could trust not being shot in the foot on vacation for it! But instead I am dropping this review everywhere I can imagine. This is a foolish, badly managed business that you should either stay away from or expect to have an important trip seriously ruined by. Don't say you weren't warned."
"After my family and I booked our vacation we realized that they didn’t provide a plane for our furry human (dog) and when we called back to ask why that’s not disclosed they told us they would help and that they would just refund us our money but they never said anything about not being able to help or discount our flights for not telling us this to begin with so we could then acquire the expense with paying to have our dog sent another way. Just bad business and not willing to help comp the client to help them out smh. Stay away for sure not worth the head ache "
"When they select the Hotel for you, they make u think their choosing from better hotels when really they give u something at the price they offering already and not one of those good ones...ended up with the Cheesy Scary Hotel and u cant give it back! Smh"
