"Had the lights eventually go out. Customer service was responsive. I did need to send in pictures (I guess there's a few different models) and am expecting the replacements soon. The range has good suction and lighting. It is a little loud, but worth it."
"I have owned my ProLine hood for close to 10 years. For years I've been happy with it's performance and the elegance that it provides to my kitchen. I recently requested technical support to address an issue with the fan motor after 9 and a half years of use. They were very responsive and helpful in providing support to address my issue without charging me. I am very appreciative to them for being so accommodating. ProLine appears to be a well run family owned business. They give their customers the type of compassionate technical support that you would expect from a friendly family owned business in your community, but I live in a different part of the country. I would happily buy from ProLine again for future kitchen projects."

"We replaced an internally vented 300 cfm hood with a 600 cfm externally vented hood from ProLine, and we could not be happier with its performance. The fan does an excellent job of exhausting our cooking awesomeness where the neighbors are left drooling in envy. Even a moving guy commented about the restaurant smells wafting across the lawn. Before this hood, cooking odors flowed directly to our bedroom, but now the house is odor free.
We did have issues with the LED lights, which we would not expect after only three years, but ProLine's support was quick and helpful."

Since then I had an occasion to connect with the Company's Support Team when the unit was giving me some trouble. The Team immediately walked me through the diagnosis of my problem and the next day sent me a new touch panel, circuit board, and the wiring connection. It did the trick.
