"We've had this hood installed for about 3.5 years and it works great -- it actually works to reduce smoke and steam. My only feedback is that the vent makes a little too much noise. I wish it was quieter. The lights both went out simultaneously but Proline is being helpful with repacking them."

"My 30", 1000 CFM range hood is very well built. Solid as a rock! I'm giving this four stars as I am having some issues with the LED lighting system. I called up ProLine today (12/18/2019) to go over what's going on with the lights. To my amazement a real, live, person answered the phone on the second ring. Brittney, (and Annie) were amazing. Very responsive, helpful and apologetic. They are sending me out some components to me as no cost to rectify my issues with LED's on my hood. I can't tell you how much it means to me to be able to speak with someone directly and without having to wait in-line for several minutes to get help. Their customer service alone would keep me as a lifelong customer with ProLine. And their products are top notch. Nothing flimsy on this unit I purchased. Heavy duty! "

"We have had the Proline PLJW 185.36 600 CFM for 3 years now and use it daily. It works very well and is very easy to keep clean. The only issue we've ever had is one with the lights, but Brittney and the rest of the customer service team is Top Notch.
