I am the type of the guy that usually "self-insures" but I decided to give ProtectCell a try as I bought a SGS3 a year ago.

Protect Cell - Can you guys start selling home and auto insurance as well? You guys would certainly dominate.

1.) Legit Company
2.) Human folks to talk to
3.) FAST service - from hold times to delivery of replacement phone
4.) Awesome communication (what will be where, when etc)

"ProtectCell's customer service is very good, from my experience. They sent me a replacement phone within two days. The replacement phone was a refurbished model that had hardware issues. They overnighted me a second replacement phone and it is, so far, working as the well as the original purchased phone."
