"I ordered a Puget Spirit and it was built and delivered very quickly. The ability to track the information as it was being built was excellent. It was delivered with great documentation and came well packaged. On startup everything went very well, no problems with anything. The computer runs totaly silent, something that you don't think about until you experiance it. I would recommend Puget systems to anyone looking for a quality computer. "
"I really like my new Spirit PC from Puget Systems, and I really like how Puget Systems does business. William was a great help with configuration decisions and questions I had, and once I decided to buy, building and delivery was prompt and well done. This is a very nice machine that I can make even nicer due to its expansion capability. With the Spirit, Puget also sent me ALL the information I could ever need concerning every component in the system, test results, a restore DVD, tools disc, chipset support DVD, ASUS and Windows DVDs...this is truly remarkable. And Puget's support is unmatched: 1-year warranty and lifetime support, no extra charge. What? It's true. I think Puget Systems just acquired a lifetime customer!"
"Well after searching around the web trying to decide which company to choose to build a new computer for me, I settled on Puget Custom Computers. I have to say so far I'm very satisfied and impressed with their customer service. They keep you up to date with every step of the build and answer any questions you have very quickly. My computer arrived and I started it up with no problems. I'm looking foward to seeing what this baby can do. "
"I was very pleased with both the service and the quality of the computer ordered from Puget Systems. The performance and low noise levels of the computer exceeded my expectations. Well done, Puget Systems! Also, the on-line tracking page for the build and testing of the machine was a nice touch.
Two small points: (1) the wireless-n adaptor on the Asus P9X79 motherboard is not very fast. It connected with my router at 65 Mbps. I added a Netgear USB adaptor and now connect at 300 Mbps.; (2) the Silverstone USB 3.0 card reader is cheaply constructed. The face of the reader is plastic and the guide pins for CF cards are also plastic. My external readers are metal with metal guides."
"This is my second desktop system from PCC. Being a repeat customer says a ton about the integrity and quality of their product and people.
The new PC arrived and it was a simple set-up (just like the first). No bloatware - just an ultra clean system.
This system has a SSD and it is SO fast! Windows boots in less than 10 seconds.
Jeff was once gain my sale representative and there is absolutely no upsell pressure with PCC. He only offered his technical and product advice. Never saying, "You should upgrade to this part", etc. He took my comments to heart and only recommended parts that help the system perform better (sometimes at a CHEAPER price!).
This particular system has a side window and the interior of the PC is amazingly clean and well organized.
I do acknowledge that their prices are higher than average, but you get what you pay for and the LIFETIME tech support is well worth the extra cost.
Just THE BEST experience with this company. I cannot recommend them enough. In another 2-4 years I will definitely be back to purchase another system from PCC.

"I have been building my own PCs for the last 12 years. Between life at a start-up company, and kids/family, it wasn't really viable for me at this point in my life. I had heard great things about Puget Systems and decided to give them a try. I'm very happy with my decision.
The website is very well designed and easy to use. I configured a custom computer and one of their staff quickly reviewed my selections and had a couple of excellent suggestions.
The build process was pretty quick with excellent feedback on the status of my system. I was very impressed with the testing and quality control that went into my new PC.
I've had chance to work with my new system for a few days, and it's rock solid. Fast, stable, and quiet. Boy is it quiet.
I highly recommend these guys."
"Never had bought a custom computer before and now I will never buy it them any other way. What a great experience. Puget product is excellent and the sale process was amazing. I felt they were looking after me. making sure I got what I needed and not what they wanted to sell me."
"I received my new "silent" PC (16 GB Memory, 180 GB SSD drive, Quad Core i5 CPU) today and I must say I have never seen a computer so securely packed for shipping. I'm very impressed with how these guys handle box up their stuff. The machine itself is as stated (i.e. "silent"). I can't hear a thing and performance is phenomenal. This machine is going to be used for both home and business use (i.e will be running 24x7) and replaces a 4+ year old iMac that is failing for the second time in a year. No more machines that you can't get into to fix or upgrade. I had them install 64-Bit Ubuntu Linux 11.10 on the new machine and it works very well out of the box. It found my Mac with no problem so moving my files over is already in process. I paired this machine with a Dell 24" UltraSharp monitor.
One thing I really like is that they prewired the drive bays for me to handle additional SSD drives. All I needed to do was to mention that I would be adding drives one by one as I had the money and they proactively changed my order to have the bays ready to go.
I will definitely be coming back to this company for my future needs."
"The machine seems to be very cleanly crafted and packaged. I specified that I wanted a machine that would render very quickly, and although my programs run well, it simply isnt as fast as I had hoped. So although I was dissapointed in the speed (and of course I could have bought higher end components) I am happy with the quiet, clean machine. "
"I must say that I was blown away by how great this company is. I heard about them a few years ago from a recommendation from a computer enthusiast website. After doing some research and cost comparison, I decided to commit and finally buy one for myself. Since my family complains about how loud my previous custom made gaming rigs were, I opted for something that was much quieter. I decided to get a system from Puget's "Serenity" line and I can say that I have no regrets whatsoever! From the beginning of the ordering process to actually using my system, the experience has been phenominal. If you decide to order one, you will have to create an online account (like all other online stores) and create what you want based off of their general lines of systems. They have gaming, laptop, server, home theater, and silent systems to choose from. From there you can modify the your rig specific to your needs. After you are done, you have the option to submit your system specifications to a representative and he (or she) will make recommendations based off of what you are using your system for. Once you finalize and place your order, the build and shipping process is tracked online. They also display a thermal image of your rig as well as bios screenshots and benchmarks for your reference. All of this is downloadable! For people like myself, who like to screw around with their bios, this may save you if you happen to not back your settings up beforehand.
When I received my computer, I was pleased to find that it was double-wrapped and that all spare parts from the build were sent in the event I decided to upgrade it myself. They also included a binder with the operating system, drivers, and an image of the hardrive in it's factory state. The binder also had all settings documented and placed neatly inside.
Overall, there is absolutely nothing I can say that can express how pleased I am about this company and their products. Their customer service is top notch and their products are top of the line and reasonably priced. If I were asked if I would ever buy from them again, my answer would be a resounding "YES!" I actually look forward to my next purchase and recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new system seriously consider Puget. "
"I was very impressed with the quality of Puget's service from my initial phone call through the delivery of the PC. After having a poor experience with one of the large PC manufacturers (rhymes with smell), I came across Puget and I'm VERY pleased that I ordered with them.
My initial computer configuration was handled by an extremely knowledgeable tech. There was no high-pressure sales tactics and it was great to deal with a company that could built a high-end machine to suit my needs.
With updates every step of the build process, Puget kept me informed of the machine's configuration and I felt confident that I was getting a well-built machine.
So far, so good... I definitely would recommend Puget to friends looking for a high-end computer."
"One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I was kept informed throughout the process, and given great advice in choosing the computer. Super packing too. "
"I'm nothing less than impressed with the Puget team. They met every expectation I had with purchasing a high-end machine and their attention to detail shows. Jeff in sales is awesome. The status updates while they are building the machine are awesome. The shipping container is awesome. My machine arrived undamaged and ready to work. The documentation, spare parts, and accessories were labeled and neatly organized. The Puget team deliver everything that a custom computer purchase should have."
"I ordered a laptop (17" Traverse) from Puget during the first week of February. It arrived in just over 1 week (ordered on a Friday evening). I could not be happier with it; it's fantastic.
I first heard about Puget Systems when I Googled "quiet PC" or something very similar. The fan noise from my old machine was starting to annoy me. In this respect, that Traverse is great. When playing Portal 2 or doing heavy CUDA calculations, there is a steady audible sound of a fan, and a deep, swift river of heat comes pouring quietly out the side vent. It is definitely quiet enough for me. And most of the time, it makes no audible sound at all. (An exception would be the optical drive; it makes itself heard when a DVD is first inserted. That doesn't bother me, I expect it.) The way the heat is handled is really impressive to me: quiet, efficient, effective.
This is my first computer from Puget, and also the first time I have bought a new computer for which I didn't have to sort of "hold my nose" about a few things. I mean things like mysterious error dialogs at bootup, that you just dismiss, or other oddities. Also, there is ZERO bloatware, and no programs that create "helpful" desktop shortcuts to themselves every time they are invoked. This machine from Puget just runs. Quiet and fast, and no silly extras.
I did a lot of searching to see if I could find complaints about Puget. The only one I found was from people who felt Puget's prices were too high. I disagree; this machine was very much worth it. It's possible that I could have "saved" a few hundred dollars by going with something that is *supposedly* the same thing, but is not actually the same thing, from Dell or whoever. If you think of your computer as a commodity, and want to boast about what a "great deal" you got, then go ahead and do that. If on the other hand you think of your computer as more like a musical instrument, as something that enables your creative work and provides recreation and entertainment value, then I think you'll agree that it is worth it to pay somewhat more for the best available machine, backed by ultra-responsive tech support. (I have not yet needed support since making my purchase, but Wilson from Puget was extremely helpful and responsive during the purchase process, when I had technical questions. Also, right after I ordered, it turned out that the less expensive CPU I had picked would not be in stock for at least a week. So Puget gave me the option of upgrading to an in-stock part, or waiting the extra week. They offered to split the cost of the $50 upgrade with me, and I agreed. This struck me as very classy: they gave me the info and let me choose, realizing that there was a way for me to get my machine more quickly; they could have just let me wait.
I doubt that I will ever again buy a machine from anyone else.

"If you are old enough, you remember pulling into a “Service Station” to refuel your vehicle. Before the wheels stopped turning your car was surrounded by people that were cleaning your windshield, checking your tires and adding air if they needed it, raising the hood and making sure that all the fluid levels were where they should be. If you looked like you needed to exit the car, someone was opening the door for you. While all this was going on, your gas was being pumped for the amount you asked for when you drove up. It was an experience consumers only hear about now. I have just experienced this “Service Station” sensation first hand, up close and personal. I surfed to the Puget System website and was impressed enough with what I saw, I put an order in for them to build a computer for me. I browsed their website, which was a breeze to navigate, picked out components I wanted and put a “wish list” together. I submitted my configuration to their pros for an overview to make sure that what I was wanting would all work together and that my expectations would be met with the system I was requesting. They knew what I was looking for because they asked me what I would be using the computer for the majority of the time. My configuration was a “Go”. I placed my order. The Service did not stop here. I was given step by step updates on the work being performed to assemble my computer. I could log into my account anytime and see what was happening with my system. As the computer came together they took pictures of it and posted them to my account. When it was finished they sent me an email telling me my computer had shipped and furnished me the tracking number so I could watch it arrive and depart at each destination. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. As I began to unpack my equipment, the professionalism of Puget Systems was made abundantly clear again. The computer was packed in a “configuration specific” box with all the right packing material. I unboxed, plugged it in and everything worked. They included a 3 ring binder called an “Information Booklet” which contains all the information and technical details of my system. They included all the little extra parts, with everything labeled and boxed together. They have furnished me with means of getting help with my system if something doesn't work right. I wish I could call them, but everything is working. This is an outstanding company and I have enjoyed (when was the last time you heard someone say that), yes, enjoyed doing business with them."
