"I have recently bought a customised Serenity computer from this company and cannot imagine ever shopping anywhere else again.

The entire experience was fantastic.
Configuring the machine was an easy process – the information about individual components was not the usual canned description like the big guys give but a thoughtful evaluation, supplemented by the individual opinions of various Puget Systems employees. It gave me added confidence that what I was reading was information that I could rely on.
The on-line chat function during the ordering process was helpful and the responses very prompt and accurate.
The evaluation of my proposed system after I submitted it for review was, again, prompt, and the writer clearly had looked properly at, and thought about, my order before giving his recommendations.
Once I had placed the order it was neat to be able to follow the manufacturing process on the Puget Systems website. Knowing that the machine has been tested so thoroughly is great. The tracking information was reliable. The machine arrived on the day that was promised when I placed the order.
Most of all, though – my computer is fantastic. I have no prior experience with Win 7 so don’t know how much is attributable to the OS and how much to the machine itself, but it boots in a few seconds and all processes are lightning-quick. I chose Puget Systems’ Serenity configuration and cannot believe how quiet it is – the computer sits about four feet from me and I cannot hear a thing. For a modest margin over what I would have spent on some generic box built in Asia I have a custom machine built of top quality parts.
Kudos to Puget Systems and all who work for them.

" It's true that you get what you pay for. After talking to Jeff from customer support about what I wanted he suggested a few changes that saved me some money. I ordered my PC and in one week they shipped it out. All along the build process they updated me on the build progress and when it was all put together they sent me pictures of the unit and also some thermal images! When it arrived I was amazed at how carefully it was packed. When I opened up the unit i was very impressed at how neat and orderly everything was. In the shipping carton they also included a binder with results of all the testing that they do before they ship it out and all the warranty information and restore discs . After I had everything set up I had some questions about transferring some things from my old PC to the new one, so I called Puget and on the second ring Jeff answered the phone. I explained my problem and he told me exactly how to solve it. I didn't have to go through press 1 for sales 2 for Customer Service Etc... and then wind up talking to someone from some other country that doesn't have a clue. Try that with Dell or HP! I've had it about a month and it is working perfectly. Yes the computer was expensive, but the components are all top notch and the customer service beyond fantastic. "I ordered the sprint computer on Monday June 14 and received it on Tues June 22nd. It was very well packed and arivied in perfect shape. I received a nice 3 ring binder showing all the components and who installed and tested them and at what time. it also included the restore cd, o/s cd,the MB disk and the video card disk. I took side of the case off and was very impressed with work inside. I did have one question about the video card and sent an email and received the info I needed within 2 hours. The only problem I am having is learning to use windows 7, but I am gaining on that every day. Thanks very much for a quality computer Puget Systems. It should last me a long time.

"If I needed to, I could summarize my review into one word: WOW!

Now for the longer version...

Out of all the companies from which I could have purchased a computer, I chose Puget Systems on account of their impeccable Reseller Ratings, competitive prices, and very informative, simple, and easy to navigate website. From all I've read, it was obvious to me that the people at Puget are dedicated to quality, with NO COMPROMISES. That is in stark comparison to other companies like Alienware, Digital Storm, or Cyberpower. Lots of flashy graphics and animations on their websites, but it was very easy to find scathing reviews on their poor quality and customer service. To date, I have not found a review for Puget that is less than 5 stars!

I ordered my laptop on June 14th, and it arrived on the 24th. (It would have arrived earlier, but they were waiting on one component that was delayed during shipping.) During the entire 10 day process, they kept me up to date in every step: Assembly, construction, testing, etc. I was also sent emails asking me questions, and giving me information on how my laptop was progressing. For example: In one case, my representative Jeff emailed me saying that the last laptop case they had in stock had an extremely minor blemish on the front, and if I was willing to accept that case, they would give me a $20 discount on my order. It's that kind of communication and honesty that makes Puget Systems a cut above the rest.

The laptop itself is wonderful! It's looks exactly like I ordered it. It's sleek and sexy, and it runs lightning fast. Makes my old Dell look like it was made during the Industrial Revolution. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

That being said, I believe I will be going to Puget Systems again in the future for all my computing needs. Until next time...

"There are many custom computer builders online, but none hold a candle to Puget. Their website is the most easy to use, with a configuration wizard that gives you plenty of options. Once you create a quote on their website, you can save it, and have the option of having them email, or give you call if you choose to have their experts look over your configuration and give you advice. I opted to have them call, and William, a customer service rep called me within a matter of minutes. He made sure I was getting the right system for my needs, and said to call any time I had any more questions. The order process was flawless, and they keep you in the loop the whole time while your system is being built. Nobody else in the industry does this. From start to finish, it was a great experience, and I absolutely recommend them. Don't settle for a cheap Dell or HP, get a real computer system from Puget. Like they say, you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap, unstable, buggy system, go for the mass computer builders. Otherwise, go with Puget and have a trouble free experience!"

"Puget is amazing! First you submit a quote to their great staff. Jeff gave me some wonderful recommendations and advice to make sure I got the most powerful rig for my money. I wanted a gaming rig and he actually told me my original set up was overkill. He actually saved me money and made sure I got top of the line quality! I was blown away by this especially after dealing with Dell in the past.

The whole building process was a joy as Puget keeps you in the loop at all times through the process. I loved the photos and constant updates telling me who was working on my computer.

Then when I received my computer I did have a power outage and my computer would no longer boot. After a lengthy email to tech support describing everything I had tried I received an instant response from Christopher with step by step instruction on how to repair my computer and it worked like a charm on the first try!
