Back in January I purchased a Dual Core Silent Gaming Computer--spent a pretty nice chunk of change so I was expecting a lot out of this. "This is my third computer purchased from Puget. They are hands-down, the most customer-dedicated company I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

Nothing is ever defective in their builds. I have been talked OUT of buying upgrades that their build-support advisors felt were unnecessary.

I have requested and gotten tech advice on upgrading computers I purchased from them five years before (emails with embedded hyperlinks to other sites that sold the parts I needed to upgrade). Since they maintain account information on each customer order (parts, specs and the like) their advice is invariably spot-on.

And when with my last computer purchase they were out of the hard drive I requested, they installed one by the same company, of the same quality, but one that was 20% larger than the one I had requested, and at no extra charge.

"I was between a Dell, Gateway and Puget. Dell had the best price, Gateway had a better system then Dell but cost more. I have hed Dells before and their service is terrible and the computer cashes a lot. I am very good with keeping my computer upto date and virus free but it just will not run properly. But they do have the best price. Gateway had me sold for years when I could buy them at their local store but the ones I buy online suck and they cost to much but are much better then Dell. I went with Mac and they are the best but my new job requires a pc. This Puget is the best pc I have ever bought service is great. I will let you know in 90 days if it is as good as a mac or not. Bottom line buy your monitor from Dell and your computer from Puget and you will be happy. "

"I wanted to get a super computer to play Crysis finally and the GTX 280 just came out this week. I placed an order with Will after talking to him about a good configuration and he was a great person and a great help to me to find out what I needed in the computer. I have never had any company take so much time to explain or answer questions I have had.

I paid for the computer on a Thursday and received it on a Tuesday, via Fedex express saver. Love the case and it is built so nicely and the insides are great. I had one minor problem with the Cd drive was defunct that came with the computer which they promptly refunded me for the CD/DVD drive. I bought a new one at circuit city instead of receiving a replacement from Puget because I couldn't wait to get a new one in the mail.

Customer support is top notch, very knowledgeable and will stay on the phone and help you work through your problem if you have one.

They thoroughly quality-checked the computer before shipping (found a fault with the motherboard, and replaced it -- causing an understandable delay in shipping). Much rather have a delay in shipping than have to deal with a problem after delivery. When I inquired about an enclosure they don't carry, they offered to order that part and build my system with it. They even let me send them my own OS disk for installation and testing. You think Dell would do that? I did configure a similar system on Dell's site and Puget's was actually cheaper with better stuff.
