They also responded within 24 hours of a question I had about my build. After completing my build, I sent it in and they almost immediately started working on the computer! There was a part that they didn't have in their warehouse but they quickly ordered it and assembled as much as they could until the part came in only a few days later. They finished assembly and throughly tested the computer. Everything was logged on the website so I could check every little detail about what was going on.
