"let me just say that I am super impressed with Puget Custom Computers. They are fast, knowledgeable, and build terrific systems that are super quiet!

From the get-go I was surprised to get almost immediate responses to questions and to my order. I submitted my purchase on a Sunday, was told it was being built Mon and Tues, then shipped on Wed and I received it on that Friday. In todays world, it's unheard of to order and receive your custom made computer in the same week.

But that's not all, the computer itself is amazing. I've had it now for two weeks and it's performed perfectly; no configuration problems, no errors, no rattling, etc. It's been a dream to use.

The best part however is how quiet it is. I bought the Antec case and with Puget's recommendations on larger fans, etc. this thing barely makes a sound. I don't have a decibel meter, but this computer probably makes 1/4 the sound my previous "high-end" computer made. Do yourself (and your ears) a favor. If you usually order Falcon, Dell, or Alienware gaming computers, DON'T! Order from Puget! I highly recommend their service and systems!!"

"Not only was this a "very satisfactory" experience, buying a custom-built PC from Puget was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. The website made it easy to configure the PC, starting from a wide range of choices and tailoring it down to fit my needs. I never failed to receive a timely and helpful response to my questions and worked with the same agent to configure a PC that would fit my specific needs.

"I never make a major computer purchase without checking Resellerratings. It always saves me lots of grief.My not so old computer has been acting strange and was not Vista worthy.I checked out Dell, Gateway,Alienware, and Velocity Micro.Dell had a rating of 3.88 out of 10, Gateway 3.33, Alienware 6 and Velocity an 8. From past experience you cannot please everyone and therefore a 7 or 8 is respectable.While on the Velocity page I read a review where the not so happy writer said the next computer he buys will be a Puget. (WHO) I typed the name on Reseller and lo and behold the company had a 10 rating, and not one negative review. Why would I buy a computer from anyone else.I went on their web site and configured a very nice computer with all the toys. I called the Sales Manager Richard Millard. He tried to save me money by telling me what I did not need. I explained that I want a Bentley to take me to the mall and not a Chevy. Together we worked on a computer that made me happy. I have been holding back on this review so that I could get to know my computer and check to see how support would handle any problems or questions.
Get this. The phone is answered on two rings you then speak to someone in American English and they know their stuff. The entire experience was "WOW"

I date back to the APPLE II in 1980 and this computer has no equal. It arrived on time and packed very well. The quiet man now has a quiet machine.

"Amazing company!!! When I first got my system had a few kinks to work out but then it ran amazingly! Sent it in for an upgrade a couple weeks later, ran in to various mother board issues (not companies fault). Once sent to me it had encountered shipping damages. President of the company offered full refund I accepted 2 days later money was back in my account!!! This company really cares and I will very likely do business with them again in the future!

"I searched long and hard for a company that could custom-build a desktop. Then I looked here. Puget was the only company I came across with such good ratings. So, I trusted all of your opinions here and contacted Puget.

I submitted a system for review and William replied with a detailed analysis, making a few recommended changes. Some of these were crucial changes that I'm sure other companies would have ignored.

Then they offered me a free upgrade to a Quad Core. I couldn't resist. William called me back a day after I left a message and I placed my order.

I received the order exactly two weeks later but only due to them needing a replacement motherboard. I'm sure if I had ordered somewhere else they wouldn't have bothered testing and sent me a faulty one! I received the package in perfect shape.

Although they may be more pricy, their service is worth it. I feel more comfortable knowing I can call them when I have an issue!"

"I highly reccomend Puget Custom Computers. I ordered on 2/18 and had my computer on 2/23. The computer arrived with all documentation, spare parts, including their test results. I received exactly what I had ordered. I had some difficulity with memory causing crashes. They have finally found the fix necessary and now this machine screams. I waited to write this review until everything was perfect. There customer service is outstanding. Their tech repair is a little difficult to get in touch with, but they stay with you until its fixed. It took about 7 weeks to get it "perfect" but it did work the whole time. This thing has test results off the chart. Also it has windows Vista, which sure did not help. I have to rate them as the best I have ever dealt with. Buy from them with confidence, you will get what you paid for, that says it all.

"Ordered a high end system in March. Found these people very knowledgeable and helpful. All special notes for the system were followed to the letter. Shipping was fast and packing was great. Did find that one of the drives was not locked in properly from the factory and had fallen during shipping. Called customer service for help reseting the drive. Could not get through to service on the phone and left a message. They did return the call some hours latter. In the mean time I figured out how the reset the drive myself. Not being able to speak to a customer service person when I needed them is the only negative thing I can say about these people. Their machines are top notch and every one seems to go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone. "

"I couldn't be more pleased with my high-end Intel X6800 custom tower from Puget Custom Computers. They have one of the best websites with useful recommendations and easy access to additional detail. My saved configuration was proactively reviewed by the sales team and recommendations provided both for direct questions I had, as well as providing personal suggestions to save a few dollars and where they would be best spent based on their experience. The order was placed online and a couple of components not in stock were ordered. When there was an unexpected additional 2-day delay with parts availability, the online order tracking was noted and I was proactively contacted via email, including from the president of the company with an apology. The same afternoon the parts arrived, I received a call from the sales manager to confirm a detail I had requested on the assembly that was already underway. The system was completed and shipped the next day, actually arriving a day ahead of schedule via FedEx.
It's apparent Puget Custom Computers is focused on their customers from inception through delivery and after-sales. They have not grown too big to loose their customer focus as much of their competition have. Puget comes across as caring for their customers on a personal level and deliver on their promise of outstanding service.
