"This is an excellent company. They will build a system exactly as you want it to be. If you have no idea what you want, they'll help you choose carefully. Puget has excellent customer support. They will build and test your computer, install the OS, update the drivers, do benchmarking and double-check the package, making sure the system works and everything (extra cables, accessories, manuals) are packed before shipping it out. They don't install any promotional junk or trial softwares like other companies do. I didn't buy my OS from them so I sent it to them for setup and I received a clean and updated OS. All my mails were answered within an hour or two. While you can definitely get better prices from other companies, their service and support are worth the price difference."

"I bought a top-of-the-line Intel desktop from Puget for personal use. I dealt with the same sales/tech consultant throughout the purchase process, from initial brain-storming on my ideal desktop to final delivery (and beyond--he has helped on a couple of support queries post-purchase, too). E-mails were answered very rapidly & thoroughly. Unlike some of the bigger "custom" retailers that let you select between 2 or 3 choices on only the major components, Puget has (or if not can probably get) everything on the market. You can customize down to the cable coverings, fans and power supply. Better still, instead of starting with a fixed price and watching it grow with every option selection, with Puget I started at $0 and paid only for what I wanted/needed. No more unwanted 56K modems or $7 "savings" for opting to pass on a bargain bin mouse. My consultant added real value assisting in my computer design and even pointed out several ways to achieve my goals for less money. Overall, Puget's prices were extrordinary. The prices were competitive with discount component e-tailers--however Puget wasn't just shipping me a bunch of parts; the great prices include consultation, construction, software installation, burn-in & after-sales tech support!! As for customer service and demeanor, Puget exceeded all of my expectations. I have recommended Puget to all my friends & would buy from them again without hesitation."

"Last year, back in May, the PC I built blew up. I swore I'd never build one myself again, and began searching for a company to build a custom PC. The real problem with finding a company, was that I needed a PC fast. As I searched, I stumbled upon Puget Custome Computers, and have NEVER had such great customer service as before or since.
