I purchased another disk drive (Western Digital ATA100 80.0GB WD800JB) to backup my C drive. The reason for this was that I wanted to minimize my outage due to disk drive problems.

Since I was sending it back to Puget to replace my bad C drive (covered by warrantee), Puget formatted and partitioned both drives for me, upgraded my XP software from Service Pack 1 to SP2, reloaded my purchased software, and sent it back to me.
