"I put my AK zip code into the shipping calculator and it responded with FREE shipping by ground to my location. When I went through the process of entering all of my order info, I learned that shipping is not available to Alaska. Fix the shipping calculator. If you don’t ship to AK zip codes, say so in the shipping calculator reply. "
"Ordered Berkeley rebuild kit which I received in 3 days (I was expecting 7 days minimum)! Product arrived ingeniously packaged (really!) and perfect in every way.
I cannot imagine how Pump Products could improve.

Example: I missed filling in my Zip for shipping address. Got to the point of placing the order and then a note said no shipping info selected. I went to shipping info and it said no shipping quote available. Would have been nice if it said I forgot the zip."

"I needed to replace my irrigation pump and found pump products online. I ordered it on the weekend when the business was closed The pump was shipped n 2 days and arrived 5 days later which was much better than I expected because I chose the cheapest shipping available. Would have arrived a day earlier but UPS couldn't meet the delivery date they had originally promised. Pump was installed and works perfectly"
"Placed an order of the 25th of May and was billed the same day. Its been two weeks so I called to see what was going on. The person who answered the phone made it seem like I was bothering him and his only answer was " its on backorder". I ran small business for over 30 years. If an item wasn't going to be delivered we would at least find out when it was going to show up and then let the customer know. I still haven't heard from them as to if or when I will receive my order."
