" I did not receive the pump that I ordered. And when I tried to do the tracking number to follow up and see were it was I was told it was delivered to my mailbox. I specifically asked that it not be delivered to the mailbox but to the porch of my house. I live up the hill and deliveries often go missing when left at the mailbox. No package was at the mailbox so who knows what happened to it! "

We requested that the package be delivered to your porch . We made this request to Fedex and noted it on the invoice. The tracking number provided by Fedex shows the package was delivered on 5/20/16. Unfortunately, we do not make the deliveries ourselves. Any issue you have with the delivery would have to be taken up with Fedex. If you need a copy of the invoice, that clearly requests the delivery be made on your porch, we have a copy of the invoice. This should be useful when filing a claim with Fedex. Additionally, if you need any assistance in filing a claim we will be glad to help you as much as we can.
