Ordering Zoeller sewage sump pump system
"I was very pleased with my experience ordering my sewage sump pump through pump products. I would have rated 5 stars but technical support did not help to answer my question about connecting the vent pipe to the basin. I assumed they would help me answer my question.

Switch - Zoeller sewage ejection pump
"I received the switch very quickly. It was the correct part, and the pump has been reassembled. Just need to reinstall. Item was safely packaged and in good shape. I will order from Pumpproducts.com the next time I need pump or other plumbing supplies."

"I received the part ordered, via FedEx ground, in the afternoon on the day following my morning order. For that I was thankful as we had a cold spell coming and I didn't want to get up every couple of hours to get the old valve to open by tapping it.
After searching a lot of places both locally and on the web, I found that PumpProducts was the only place that had the replacement part that I needed in stock. I preferred the delay opening Suntec C641DR valve but, not being available anywhere, settled for the C642NR. Both models have the exact same configuration and are burner mounted which made replacement easy.
PumpProducts had in stock the part that I needed and when I needed it. To have to wait days or even weeks for another supplier to order and ship it would have been ridiculous."
