Furthermore, we do charge a restocking fee when an item is returned without merit, which is clearly stated in our return policy. If we sent you the wrong item or an item that was missing something you would not have been charged a restocking fee on your return. However, in this instance we sent you the correct item described exactly as received on our website and followed our return protocol as stated.
