"The customer service over the phone prior to ordering was very helpful with helping us determine the best pump system for our needs. We got a second opinion from a plumber contractor who confirmed that it was a good pump and a good price, When speaking with the customer service person he indicated that turnaround time is fast. After a week of not hearing anything about our item being shipped we called to find out what the delay was. We found out that shipping of our order is not scheduled for another 8 weeks! That cuts into our project timeline huge. We did not cancel the order because the price and free shipping were such a good deal."

I specifically asked that it not be delivered to the mailbox but to the porch of my house. I live up the hill and deliveries often go missing when left at the mailbox. No package was at the mailbox so who knows what happened to it! "

We requested that the package be delivered to your porch . We made this request to Fedex and noted it on the invoice. The tracking number provided by Fedex shows the package was delivered on 5/20/16. Unfortunately, we do not make the deliveries ourselves. Any issue you have with the delivery would have to be taken up with Fedex. If you need a copy of the invoice, that clearly requests the delivery be made on your porch, we have a copy of the invoice. This should be useful when filing a claim with Fedex. Additionally, if you need any assistance in filing a claim we will be glad to help you as much as we can.
